We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. For every enterprise ready to harness the power of the AI Data Cloud, there lies a complex web of legacy systems that can take years and millions of dollars to untangle. The Migrations team is tasked with a mission of strategic importance: to turn this multi-year roadblock into a streamlined, intelligent, and automated experience. We believe Generative AI is the key. We are building products that don't just move data, but understand and rewrite the logic of entire data applications. We're seeking a structured, technically grounded Senior Product Manager to own several key features and capabilities within this charter. You will bring product insight and clear execution to our GenAI-powered engine, ensuring your projects directly align with Snowflake's higher-level growth goals. AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL : * Own Feature Direction & Alignment: Provide clarity, conviction, and insight for your owned features. Ensure your roadmap and projects directly align with the broader company strategy and migration goals. * Balance Technical Constraints: Deeply understand customer migration needs (such as data types, ETL pipelines, and post-migration validation). Weave technical constraints into product decisions, carefully balancing engineering effort, customer value, and feasibility. * Execute with Transparency: Help your engineering team prioritize effectively, explaining the clear rationale behind technical trade-offs. Keep cross-functional stakeholders updated on status with precise, succinct communication—ensuring there are "no surprises." * Drive with an MVP Mindset: Partner with engineering to foster a high-velocity culture focused on speed and unblocking customer pipelines. Define and ship MVPs to select customers to quickly validate core hypotheses and iterate based on real-world feedback. * Understand GTM & Enablement: Learn how your migration features are taken to market. Understand the required collateral, enablement pathways, and partner ecosystems (Professional Services and GSIs) to ensure your features are successfully adopted. * Analyze Metrics & Insights: Track usage and health metrics for your features. Conduct regular data analysis to deliver insights and make data-driven decisions that push our north star metric forward: reducing overall customer migration time. * Contribute to the Team Culture: Act as a mentor to other employees, step up to help solve team-wide issues (such as quality or process optimization), and participate as a key interviewer to help scale the PM organization. OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE : * 6+ years of enterprise product management experience, with a proven track record of independently running features through the full product lifecycle. * Solid technical foundation: Strong familiarity with data ecosystems (databases, SQL platforms, data engineering, and ETL workloads) and the ability to factor technical limitations into feature design. * Developer/Partner focus: Experience building or working with developer tools, APIs, or data platforms where user ergonomics and clarity are critical. * GenAI / LLM familiarity: Practical exposure to or strong understanding of delivering AI-powered features (e.g., code translation, developer co-pilots, semantic validation, or working with frameworks like LangChain). * Strong collaboration skills: Ability to build relationships across functions (Engineering, Professional Services, Partners) and leverage direct and indirect influence without shutting others out. Joining the Migrations product team at Snowflake offers an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of data and application modernization, directly impacting customer success by enabling the strategic leveraging of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You'll tackle complex, high-value challenges, building essential products and APIs that simplify intricate data ecosystem migrations—from ETL pipelines to applications—for our customers and partners. Your contributions will directly accelerate the adoption of Snowflake, driving significant value and cementing our customers' investment in a modern, AI-ready future. DEFINE PARTNER GTM FOR PRODUCT LAUNCHES * Build the partner motion for major product and platform launches * Ensure partners are activated early with clear messaging, content, and campaigns * Translate product innovation into ecosystem-driven growth 4. DRIVE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT * Partner deeply with: * Product Marketing * Demand Generation * Field Marketing * Alliances & Business Development * Ensure partner narratives are embedded in integrated campaigns, not treated as an afterthought * Align partner strategy with Snowflake Partner Network (SPN) tiers and revenue goals 5. LEAD AND SCALE THE TEAM * Lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers * Elevate the team from program execution to strategic GTM leadership * Build a culture of accountability, measurement, and high-impact storytelling WHAT YOU BRING EXPERIENCE * 15+ years in B2B technology marketing * 5+ years in partner marketing, alliances GTM, or ecosystem marketing * Experience operating at scale in complex, multi-product organizations STRATEGIC STRENGTHS * Ecosystem storytelling: Ability to translate technical integrations into compelling joint value propositions * Program architecture: Experience building scalable marketing systems tied to pipeline and revenue * Marketplace & platform thinking: Understanding of two-sided ecosystems and partner incentives ANALYTICAL RIGOR * Strong experience with attribution models across multi-touch, multi-partner sales cycles * Proven ability to connect marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes LEADERSHIP * Track record of leading high-performing teams * Strong cross-functional influence across Product, Sales, and Partnerships * Executive presence with both internal stakeholders and external partners OUTCOMES IN THE FIRST 18 MONTHS * A clear, scalable global co-marketing framework is in place and adopted * Snowflake Marketplace sees measurable growth driven by partner marketing * Top strategic partners have flagship joint narratives and campaigns in market * Internal teams consistently integrate partner messaging into core GTM motions WHY JOIN SNOWFLAKE * Define how one of the world’s leading data platforms wins through its ecosystem * Operate at the center of AI, data, and applications convergence * Shape the go-to-market model for a category that is still being written * Work with a high-caliber team where partner marketing has a true seat at the table THE OPPORTUNITY This is not a traditional partner marketing role. You are building the system and the story that will determine how Snowflake — and its ecosystem — wins the next era of data and AI. If you are excited about operating at that level of impact, we should talk. Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee’s duty to keep customer information secure and confidential. Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
