As the Product Manager for Interactive Analytics, you will set the bar for what "fast" means for Snowflake and for the data analytics industry — and then you'll build it. This role sits at the intersection of deep database technology and high-stakes product strategy, in a market where the customers are vocal, competition is real, and the opportunity is enormous. AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: * Build and champion a product roadmap for a differentiated Interactive Analytics experience that wins customers and workloads in one of the most competitive segments of the data analytics industry * Partner closely with customers to make them successful — understanding their workloads at a technical level, solving their hardest problems, and turning them into vocal advocates * Shape Snowflake's positioning and go-to-market — collaborating with sales, marketing, and developer relations to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth * Partner with a large engineering team to translate customer pain and competitive intelligence into technically sound, compelling product decisions. * Define how Snowflake Interactive Analytics powers the emerging world of AI agents and agentic workloads, positioning it as the native low-latency data tier for the next generation of AI applications * Use AI tools daily to prototype, spec, and analyze — moving at a pace that gives Snowflake a compounding advantage OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE: * 4+ years of product management experience on database and/or analytics products * Deep technical fluency in database engines — enough to sit with a principal engineer or a demanding customer DBA, understand their workload in detail, identify root causes, and propose meaningful solutions * Hands-on experience with high-concurrency low-latency data products — ideally in BI or streaming analytics (ClickHouse, Apache Pinot, Materialize, Rockset, SingleStore, or similar); OLTP experience is also valued * Strong product instincts and a proven track record of holding a high bar on technical products * Demonstrated ability to influence without authority — you can make the case for bold product changes to skeptical principal engineers, cross-functional partners, and senior executives * Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one conditions — the path isn't defined, and that's what makes it interesting to you * Ability and bias to use AI tools to accelerate your work — from prototyping and analysis to spec writing and customer research Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. This role is hybrid in-office at either our Menlo Park or Dublin, CA office We are hiring a Senior Manager, Technical Executive Recruiting for our People team. Our Technical Executive Recruiting team is responsible for identifying and closing Director+, Principal Engineering+, and other senior technical leadership talent that shapes Snowflake's engineering trajectory. This role exists to transform how we approach executive-level technical hiring: building proactive, market-informed strategies that position Snowflake as the destination for world-class engineering leaders, while strengthening our reputation as trusted advisors to internal stakeholders and external talent alike. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver hires that directly shape Snowflake's technical leadership bench and long-term technical strategy; includes Director+ leadership and world-class Principal & Distinguished Engineering talent * Be a player/coach while leading a small team of executive recruiters and researchers focused on Director+ technical leadership and Principal/Distinguished Engineers across Snowflake's engineering and product management organizations * Develop and execute proactive talent strategies that build long-term relationships with world-class technical leaders before roles are open * Transform reactive recruitment into a market intelligence function, coaching your team to become domain experts and trusted advisors to executive hiring managers * Partner directly with VPs and SVPs of Engineering & Product Management to define leadership talent needs, calibrate profiles and influence hiring decisions * Build and refine AI-augmented recruiting workflows, leveraging Snowflake's AI tools (Cortex AI, agentic automation) to accelerate sourcing, candidate intelligence, and pipeline management * Set quality and velocity standards for executive searches, using data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes * Cultivate a culture of experimentation on your team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and approaches to executive talent engagement * Represent Snowflake's employer brand at the executive level, creating compelling narratives that resonate with senior technical leaders considering their next move QUALIFICATIONS: * 10+ years of recruiting experience, with significant depth in technical executive search (Director+, VP, Distinguished/Principal Engineering/Product hires) * 3+ years leading or managing a recruiting team with a track record of developing high-performing recruiters and researchers * Deep fluency in the technical leadership talent market: who the key players are, what motivates them, and how competitive dynamics shift across AI/ML, infrastructure, data, and platform engineering * Demonstrated ability to build proactive sourcing strategies that generate pipeline independent of inbound applications * Strong executive presence and the ability to serve as a credible partner to VP/SVP hiring managers on talent strategy * Experience using AI tools and automation to improve recruiting outcomes, with genuine curiosity about what's next * A bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement over process for its own sake * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Prior experience in executive search at a top-tier technology company or retained executive search firm * Familiarity with Snowflake's product landscape, competitive positioning, or the data/AI infrastructure talent market * Experience building executive recruiting functions from the ground up or through significant transformation * Hands-on use of AI/GenAI tools in recruiting workflows (candidate research, outreach personalization, market mapping) * Existing relationships with senior technical leaders in the data, AI, or cloud infrastructure space WHY JOIN OUR TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE?
