Our SD organization partners with customers across every stage of their data and AI journey, from initial implementation through long-term platform strategy. In this role, you will own the technical delivery and outcome for complex, high-priority engagements, serve as the most senior technical voice in the room, and shape how our customers use Snowflake to drive real business transformation. AS A SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Customer Leadership and Advisory * Lead customer engagements as the primary technical authority, owning architecture decisions and driving measurable outcomes across complex, multi-workstream implementations * Partner with customer executives and senior technical leadership to define platform strategy, develop long-term roadmaps, and align Snowflake capabilities to business objectives * Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined, scalable technical solutions, with clear delivery paths and risk-mitigation strategies * Serve as the trusted escalation point for technical challenges within engagements, unblocking delivery teams and resolving architectural issues Technical Architecture and Delivery * Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on Snowflake, setting standards for scalability, performance, security, and operability across the customer's environment * Define and champion MLOps practices within customer organizations, covering model deployment pipelines, monitoring, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management * Drive adoption of Snowflake's AI product suite (Cortex, Streamlit in Snowflake, Snowflake Intelligence) through architecture leadership and hands-on delivery * Lead replatforming efforts for complex AI/ML workloads onto Snowflake, coordinating across customer engineering, data science, and platform teams Cross-Functional Influence * Act as a bridge between SD delivery, Go-to-Market, and Snowflake product teams, channeling customer feedback to influence product direction * Mentor and provide technical direction to junior architects and consultants within engagements * Contribute to the development of reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and delivery accelerators for the broader PD organization OUR IDEAL SENIOR TECHNICAL ARCHITECT WILL HAVE: * BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience * 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, data engineering, or a senior customer-facing technical role * Demonstrated track record leading architecture decisions on large-scale, enterprise data and AI platforms * Deep hands-on experience implementing Snowflake in production environments, including data modeling, performance tuning, security design, and platform governance * Expert-level understanding of the full data analytics stack, from ETL and data pipelines to data platform architecture, BI tooling, and semantic layers * Strong grasp of the AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering through model training, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing governance * Proficiency in SQL and Python; ability to produce and review production-quality code as part of delivery leadership * Experience designing and implementing MLOps frameworks and model lifecycle management at enterprise scale * Proven ability to influence senior technical and executive stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics BONUS POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING: * Hands-on experience with generative AI and large language model (LLM) use cases in production * Experience building and scaling a Center of Excellence or establishing architectural standards across a large enterprise * Background in the services organization of a technology product company * AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure Advanced certification(s) * Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Certification(s) * Deep industry vertical expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment) * Experience as a technical lead on multi-team or multi-vendor delivery programs WHY JOIN OUR SERVICES DELIVERY TEAM AT SNOWFLAKE? The Sr. Technical Delivery Director role is part of the Snowflake Services Delivery Team. Our purpose is to accelerate customer adoption and drive customer business objectives. We do this through a portfolio of services, delivered by world class consultants that leverage our leading practices, methodologies and tools. The Services Sr Delivery Director leads our teams of Technical Consulting Managers and Solutions Architect teams that deliver on the Snowflake Service Delivery (SD) offerings to meet the customer business objectives/ goals. In this highly strategic and technical role, the Sr. Delivery Director will develop and maintain strategies and processes to deliver best-in-class consulting and implementation services to accelerate customer success on their Snowflake journey. RESPONSIBILITIES : Delivery Readiness * Hire, coach, and lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals while creating a culture of high performance, growth, and ownership * Maintain technical skills and knowledge of the team on latest features of Snowflake * Provide Technical guidance and oversight for Customer engagements as needed * Build and execute a strategic and actionable business plan that meets the Services Delivery regional objectives, including revenue and consumption targets * Create highly accurate financial forecasts as to revenue, utilization, backlog burndown, and hiring goals * Lead the Technical Delivery Team through large complex engagements, engaging at executive and sponsor levels both on the customer and partner sides, and acting as the escalation point of contact to facilitate collaboration, decision making, internal alignment, and customer buy-in on proposed solutions * Standardize delivery across team members and broader Services Delivery by reviewing proposals/estimates, conducting project reviews, and developing tools based on field input to maintain the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and process improvement * Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery quality as measured through post engagement surveys Partnering with Sales & Others * Collaborate with Sales Account Teams, Services Delivery Sales Teams, Services Delivery Leadership, Resource Management Teams, and SI/ Partners to understand the customer and engagement needs, including business & technical challenges, key stakeholders, and delivering on the value of Snowflake * Work closely with Practice Directors and Resource Management to understand services sales pipeline and resource requirements to staff engagements * Work with Partner Account team to develop Partner strategies to scale services delivery and network with implementation partners to deliver with consistent quality * Partner with the Go to Market (GTM) team to identify opportunities for new service offerings aligned with customer needs and define the value position, scope of services, and collateral for new offerings to present to leadership * Support the GTM team by participating in key sales pursuits * Draft and review scope for custom Statements of Work and provide feedback to PS GTM team regarding gaps, issues, and risks * Drive the creation and standardization of repeatable Industry based solutions that can be used across similar customers within a Vertical. As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will actively contribute to the global demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Planning: Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of campaigns to deliver on aggressive pipeline targets. * Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and measure multi-channel integrated demand generation campaigns, including webinars, 3rd party syndication, ABM, PPC, Remarketing, virtual events, workshops, email marketing, content marketing and paid advertising. * Reporting: Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track engagement, and analyze attribution to ensure the success of ongoing integrated campaign activities. Communicate program results and performance with the sales and marketing teams. * Nurturing: Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture to engage prospects and move them through the funnel. * Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process. Use A/B testing to optimize performance, and share best practices with the larger stakeholder teams. * Website SEO/GEO: Oversee keyword research and website content for increased visibility in search (Google) and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini). Optimize SEO, and GEO to drive relevant traffic to the website. * SEM: identify keywords (including long-tail keywords) that we can bid on, create SEM ads, and optimize them to drive high quality traffic and leads to the website. * AI/Pilot: Leverage AI for all aspects of campaign creation. Pilot new channels and platforms to increase conversion rates and stay ahead of the Marketing technology curve. Effectively build stories/plays by slicing and collating existing content such as webinars, whitepapers, and blogs. * Program Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of objectives from initial planning, socialization, advocacy, execution, and reporting. Work closely with SDR, Sales, Content, PMM, Field and other stakeholders within and outside the organization. WHAT YOU’LL HAVE: * Minimum 5 years of experience developing & executing integrated marketing * campaigns. * BA/BS in Marketing, Computers, or related field is required. * Understanding of the observability and software audience. * Deep experience managing Marketo. * Demonstrated track record of driving significant growth in demand and pipeline. * Experience growing a database organically. * Experience working with third-party developer publications. * Extensive marketing tech stack experience including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Bizzabo or virtual event platforms, Mutiny, 6Sense, Intellimize and more. * Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages. * The ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly. * Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience. * Experience with understanding traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand.
