Om rollen:
I rollen som System Developer arbetar du med utveckling, vidareutveckling, förvaltning och support av system inom Sales Solution-området, med särskilt fokus på CPQ-relaterade lösningar och kringliggande system. Du arbetar huvudsakligen i Microsoft-miljö med egenutvecklade .NET-lösningar och integrationer mellan olika interna system.
Du kommer att arbeta nära verksamheten och bidra med lösningar som stödjer försäljningsprocesser, där förståelse för systemens sammanhang är minst lika viktigt som själva koden. Rollen innebär både nyutveckling och vidareutveckling av befintliga lösningar, i en miljö som består av såväl moderna som mer etablerade system.
Du kommer också att:
Delta i projekt och förändringsarbete (CR) inom Sales Solutions.
Arbeta med integrationer, API:er och databaser i en komplex systemmiljö.
Säkerställa stabil drift genom felsökning och tredjelinjens support vid mer avancerade ärenden.
Dokumentera lösningar och tekniska flöden på ett tydligt och strukturerat sätt.
Bidra till kontinuerliga förbättringar av system och arbetssätt i nära dialog med teamet och verksamheten.
De färdigheter och erfarenheter du behöver
Vi söker någon som har:
3+ års erfarenhet av systemutveckling inom Microsoft/.NET-miljöer
Erfarenhet av att arbeta i komplexa enterprise-miljöer med flera integrerade system
God förståelse för databaser (SQL) och vana vid felsökning och arbete med data
Erfarenhet av API-utveckling och systemintegrationer
Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
Ett tydligt systemorienterat mindset gör att du trivs i miljöer där helhetsperspektivet är avgörande. Du är van vid att arbeta både med nyutveckling och vidareutveckling av befintliga system och känner dig trygg i tekniska landskap där äldre och modernare lösningar samexisterar. Erfarenhet av frontendutveckling, CPQ-lösningar samt viss kännedom om CI/CD eller DevOps-verktyg är meriterande men inget krav. Som person är du analytisk, strukturerad och prestigelös, med god samarbetsförmåga och nyfikenhet inför nya domäner.

About you
As a Senior .NET Developer who not only loves solving complex problems but is passionate about code quality, and building scalable and testable solutions.
You’ll be adequately self going, contribute to technical discussions, and aspire to deliver clean, robust code. You have a sharp eye for simplicity amidst complexity and pride yourself on thorough, thoughtful development—including writing tests for critical components. Whether working closely within your team or leading a project area independently, you’re confident, collaborative, and proactive.
Requirements:
Expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and related technologies (e.g., ASP.NET)
Strong knowledge of both SQL (MSSQL) and document-oriented databases like MongoDB
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and deployment tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
Practical knowledge of containerization using Kubernetes
Experience integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs
Excellent communication skills in English

What will you do?
As a Staff .NET Developer at Rebtel you will serve as the technical guardian and principal individual contributor for the entire Backend (BE) architecture and ecosystem. This role is crucial for ensuring the technical excellence, scalability, reliability, and security of all backend systems that power our core products and services. The Staff Software Engineer will operate at a high level of abstraction, influencing engineering practices across multiple teams while remaining hands-on in critical areas.
You’ll be actively involved in architectural decisions, contribute to technical discussions, and inspire your team to deliver clean, robust code.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, high-throughput backend services and APIs, ensuring best-in-class performance and maintainability.
Drive architectural decisions and serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for BE-related challenges.
Establish and articulate a clear, ambitious long-term vision and technical roadmap for the evolution of the BE systems.
This includes planning for future growth, anticipating technological shifts, and driving the adoption of new technologies and patterns to maintain a competitive edge.
Act as the primary architect for major system initiatives, defining microservices boundaries, data models, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve technical debt and architectural risks before they impact the business.
Mentor engineers, elevating the technical expertise and quality of engineering output across the organization.
Influence engineering standards and best practices for testing, performance tuning, and security across different development teams.
Requirements:
Exceptional and proven proficiency in the .NET area, including extensive experience with C#, .NET Core/8+, and related frameworks (e.g., ASP. NET Core, Entity Framework Core).
Must demonstrate the ability to architect and build high-performance, fault-tolerant systems using the .NET stack.
Demonstrable architecting skills with a strong background in designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless).
Expert knowledge of design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and SOLID principles.
Extensive experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services (e.g., managed databases, message queues, containerization).
Deep understanding of various database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling best practices for scalable applications.
System-Level Thinking: Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable components and evaluate trade-offs between different technical solutions (e.g., speed vs. stability, buy vs. build).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving consensus on critical architectural decisions.
