actionable insight. You bring a deep understanding of the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle and a data-driven mindset that

in tools like Excel, or Google Sheets from operating system and financial system data, surfacing actionable trends, and
communicating complex financial findings clearly to leadership. You collaborate naturally across teams, take full ownership of
your work and are energized by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You communicate with ease in both French and
English, and you operate with a high level or integrity when balancing the needs of our customers and AppDirect’s finances.
What you'll do and how you'll have an impact
The Senior AR Analyst owns and oversees the end-to-end accounts receivable and cash lifecycle for IT Cloud, an AppDirect Company,
with expanded accountability for cash forecasting, variance /flux analytical insights. While the role includes transactional AR
execution (Credits, Cash, Collections) it also requires a detailed view to proactively identify issues impacting cash flow, DSO,
and revenue accuracy, and to drive continuous improvement across the IT CLoud revenue processes. Success in this role requires
strong analytical judgment, comfort operating in large datasets, and the ability to translate that data into clear, actionable
recommendations for Finance and Revenue leadership.

As Senior Analyst, Pay‑In (B2B), you will own and execute key Pay‑In and AR processes for Agoda’s B2B partner flows. You will be a subject‑matter expert on B2B cash and receivables, ensuring accurate and timely booking‑to‑cash accounting, reconciliation, and reporting, while supporting new product and partner launches. In this role, you will: * Run day‑to‑day Pay‑In & AR operations for B2B flows * Perform daily and monthly tasks for B2B AR and Pay‑In accounts (e.g., bookings, invoicing, receipts, credit card settlements, write‑offs, reclasses). * Ensure that financial data for which you are responsible is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. * Monitor B2B receivables aging and cash‑in‑transit (CIT) balances, following up on unusual items and long‑outstanding items. * Manage B2B invoicing and cash application * Support and execute invoicing to B2B partners and/or intercompany entities, including aggregation logic and partner-specific configurations. * Reconcile cash receipts vs invoices and settlement reports for B2B partners, ensuring correct allocation at booking / CID / partner level. * Resolve payment‑related queries and discrepancies with internal stakeholders and partners with satisfactory outcomes. * Lead B2B reconciliation activities * Perform end‑to‑end reconciliation between: * Booking systems, B2B invoicing, and general ledger. * B2B settlement reports / gateway reports, bank statements, and AR Reconciliator outputs. * Investigate and resolve recon breaks and data issues in collaboration with Tech, Product, and other Finance teams. * Maintain and monitor CIT aging, ensuring timely clearing and appropriate accounting treatment. * Support new B2B products, partners, and projects * Provide operational finance support for new B2B initiatives (e.g., partner onboarding, new merchant flows, new business models). * Participate in UAT for system changes (e.g., ERP/Invoicing systems), ensuring correct Accounts Receivable behavior before go‑live. * Provide input on process and system design from an operational and control perspective. * Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance * Ensure that processes and documentation under your scope comply with internal policies and SOX control requirements. * Identify unusual items, exceptions, and control gaps, escalate appropriately, and drive timely resolution. * Support internal and external audits by preparing reconciliations, explanations, and evidence. * Drive continuous improvement * Identify opportunities to streamline and automate B2B Pay‑In and AR processes and reports, including elimination of unnecessary steps. * Provide inputs on required changes to related daily activities, reconciliations, and dashboards. * Contribute to the overall management and development of the Pay‑In & AR tower, including the successful achievement of its goals and objectives. * Coach and collaborate * Provide guidance and support to more junior team members in daily transaction processing and reconciliation work. * Proactively partner and fairly support stakeholders within Finance (Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Treasury, R&C) and outside Finance (Product, Tech, B2B / PPS teams). * Support the team to deliver ad hoc analyses, reports, and project work as needed. What you’ll need to succeed: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in Accounting / Finance Operations, preferably with exposure to: * Pay‑In, AR, or revenue reconciliation; and/or * B2B, affiliate, or payment operations (e.g., gateways, card settlements, invoicing). * Experience in a multinational company; travel / e‑commerce / online platform industry is a plus. * Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. * Experience in transaction processing, reconciliations, and month‑end closing, including handling more complex transactions. * Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); comfortable working with large data sets and multiple systems. * Dynamic and able to adapt to a fast‑paced, changing environment. * Strong teamwork skills – ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively with other teams, both within and outside of Finance. * Energetic, proactive, and taking initiative, with effective verbal and written communication skills in English. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND RECEIVABLE (PTP, OTC) AP, AR is part of a team responsible for performing day-to-day tasks within the Billing and Payable function, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cost Allocation and Reconciliation, as well as the Month End Closing process and some other specific accounting activities related to the stream. The Senior Analyst will be required to handle activities for any of the subfunctions within the OTC and PTP functions as assigned by the Finance Operations Manager. This position will work with management to drive the implementation of global process initiatives to streamline and/or automate the PTP and OTC process, which includes system enhancement and process improvement. Responsibility: Accounts Receivable and Billing: * Work with the Team Lead to identify the Client's billing processes and document accordingly for reference * Review against Client billing processes and finalise the invoice with required supporting documentation (e.g. signed Client Schedule, PO, copies of third-party invoices being recharged, etc.) * Approve and post accounting entries * Dispatch to the Client the invoice and supporting documentation according to the Client's billing process * Review against Client billing processes and finalise the draft credit note or raise the credit note, with required supporting documentation * Approve and post accounting entries * Dispatch to the Client the credit notes and supporting documentation according to the Client's billing process Accounts Payable & Invoice Processing: * Receive and save vendor invoices/vendor billing files and supporting documents * Check all invoices for proper documentation, attach the invoice to the AP System and submit for payment accordingly. Ensure invoices are processed in line with WPP Policies, SOX requirements, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) * Process invoices, credit memos and debit memos in a timely and accurate manner according to the SLA / KPI set by management and agreed with WPP Operating Companies (OpCo) * Ensures that all invoices assigned are properly accounted for at the end of each business day * Respond to vendor inquiries. This role is critical to ensure accurate and timely collection of customer payments, full compliance with internal controls, and effective collaboration with internal departments and Group entities. As a senior profile, this person will also play a key role in driving process improvements and efficiencies within the Collections team. What you'll be doing: As a Senior Collections Analyst, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of the collections process, including: * Managing customer collections through regular email and phone follow-up to ensure timely payment. * Overseeing and controlling the daily posting of customer payments in the Group's ERP systems. * Performing cash reconciliations and matching payments against outstanding invoices. * Contributing to the resolution of discrepancies and disputes with customers, in close collaboration with the Group's legal entities and internal departments. * Preparing financial reports related to the Accounts Receivable area, including Ageing Reports, and ad hoc analysis. * Delivering month-end closing reports and ensuring all required documentation and reporting is completed in accordance with SOX compliance requirements and deadlines. * Actively participating in the Group's treasury forecasting by providing accurate and timely collections data. * Maintaining regular and structured communication with key stakeholders across the Group's entities, delivering high-quality and synthesized information on the Collections area. * Coordinating with the different legal entities of the Group to maximize customer collections through joint actions and strategies. * Supporting internal and external audits related to the Accounts Receivable area, ensuring all required documentation and evidence is accurate and readily available. * Developing and maintaining procedures and SOPs for the Collections area, ensuring processes are documented, up to date, and aligned with the Group's standards. * Identifying and proposing improvements to the manager and the organization to drive efficiencies within the Collections area and the broader Accounts Receivable team. Who you'll be working with: You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Shared Services, Billing, and Commercial teams across the Group, as well as with external clients. This role requires daily interaction with both local and international stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate collections processes. What you'll need: * Minimum 8 years of proven experience in a Collections or Accounts Receivable role with similar responsibilities (mandatory). * Fluent in Spanish, English, and French – a language test will be conducted (mandatory). * Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable modules within ERP systems (mandatory). * Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools (mandatory). * Experience managing customer debt portfolios (mandatory). * Previous experience working in a multinational or multi-entity environment. * Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume customer portfolio, ensuring timely and effective collections. * Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations applicable to the Accounts Receivable area. * Relevant educational background (FP or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * Strong team player with a clear customer-oriented mindset (both internal and external). * Proactive, autonomous, and able to manage assigned tasks independently with a high level of accountability. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
