ACCURX IS SOLVING HEALTHCARE PRODUCTIVITY FOR THE NHS For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that slow everything down and leave patients waiting. At Accurx, we're changing that – building a platform used by 98% of GP practices and 68% of NHS Trusts to help every patient get gold-standard, efficient and joined-up care. Accurx is transforming how NHS staff triage and prioritise patient demand, cut the admin that eats into clinical time, and works as one team across the system. With Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker, we're now changing the consultation itself – drafting notes in real-time so clinicians can give every patient their full attention. We've spent eight years proving care doesn't always need to happen in an appointment. In the best triage practices today, 40% of patient demand is resolved without one. Now we're taking that model system-wide – using AI to automate the work that slows healthcare down, connecting every part of the NHS and building the platform on which the future of healthcare work gets done. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Lead to own Accurx's narrative as we enter our most ambitious chapter yet. You'll define how our value lands across the NHS, lead creative launch and adoption campaigns and build the product marketing function that keeps pace with what we're shipping. THE CHALLENGES YOU'LL TAKE ON * Set the direction for the function. Define the strategy for product marketing and sales enablement as Accurx becomes an AI-native company – identifying the highest-impact work, introducing AI workflows that change how the team operates and raising the bar across everything we put out. * Turn market insight into decisions. Make structured time with users, customers and competitors part of how the team works. Synthesise what you learn into positioning and messaging decisions that keep Accurx sharp in a fast-moving market. * Own the narrative. Ensure Accurx's story is consistent, compelling and evidence-based across our products, audiences and channels. Your team of two leads on individual products – your job is to make sure it all holds together. * Rethink how we go to market. As we ship faster than ever, a big part of this role is building the processes that let the team keep pace and finding creative ways to drive awareness and engagement. * Give commercial teams what they need to win. Work with the Sales Enablement Manager to set the bar for how Accurx shows up in commercial conversations – ensuring teams have the right messaging, evidence and market knowledge to win at every stage. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You've led on AI-native product marketing. You've redesigned how a PMM function operates using AI – not just adopted tools, but rethought workflows from the ground up. * You write with clarity and precision. You have exceptional judgment for what great content looks like and hold your team to the same standard. * You've done both sides of the job. Product marketing to users and sales enablement for commercial teams. You know what each requires and how to run them as one function. * You've managed people well. You give clear direction, honest feedback and create space for people to do their best work. * You care about impact, not activity. You define success before you start, build in measurement and use data to improve. * You've thrived in SaaS or high-growth. You know how to operate at pace with ambiguity and commercial pressure. WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME? You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to Solve Healthcare Productivity. * £90,000 - £105,000 salary + £30,000 share options * Benefits to suit you: adjust your healthcare cover, your pension or life insurance, whatever stage you're at in life * Flexible Working: We are an office-first culture and ask that you're in our (dog-friendly) Shoreditch office 3 days a week, with core hours of 10am–4pm * Time off: You'll get 28 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) and up to 4 weeks to work from anywhere per year * Family matters: We offer enhanced parental leave, fertility support and parental loss support * We have our very own Chef! Free healthy breakfasts, snacks and lunches will be provided, with the occasional sweet treat! Want to know more about the company or the hiring process? Check out our Careers page and Candidate hub.
