ABOUT THE TEAM The Financial Data Analytics team is the connective tissue between Finance, Accounting, and Engineering. Our mission is to deliver trusted financial data that is both a foundation for compliance and a catalyst for strategic decision-making. We combine technical depth with financial expertise to build scalable, high-value data solutions—transforming complexity into clarity and empowering leaders to act with confidence. ABOUT YOU MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting supporting commercial deals or growth initiatives in technology, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or retail. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field. * Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including driver-based models, cohort and retention analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis. * Proficiency in SQL for self-serve analysis and experience with a BI tool (e.g., Looker or Tableau). * Demonstrated experience evaluating or structuring commercial partnerships or contracts (pricing, unit economics, and ROI modeling) and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with Partnerships, Legal, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Product, Data Science, and Analytics. ABOUT YOU MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting with a focus on commercial deals or partnerships. * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. * Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including multi-scenario and sensitivity analyses for complex, multi-year agreements. * Proven track record owning the finance workstream end-to-end for complex commercial agreements—from initial scoping and pricing through signature and post-close performance tracking. * Hands-on experience partnering with Sales/Business Development and Legal to structure and negotiate contract terms that balance growth and unit economics. * Strong command of accounting fundamentals and unit economics; ability to build and reconcile partner- and portfolio-level P&Ls and cash flow impacts. * Ability to communicate complex analyses and recommendations clearly to senior executives in written and verbal formats.
