Why Valtech? We’re the experience innovation company - a trusted partner to the world’s most recognized brands. To our people we
offer growth opportunities, a values-driven culture, international careers and the chance to shape the future of experience.
At Valtech, you’ll find an environment designed for continuous learning, meaningful impact, and professional growth. Whether
you're pioneering new digital solutions, challenging conventional thinking or building the next generation of customer
experiences, your work will help transform industries.
Please note, we are only accepting applicants from the provinces of Ontario and Québec for this role. For Québec-based candidates,
fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and
occasionally in Europe.
As a Senior Optimization Consultant, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s
possible. You bring 7+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
We're looking for a senior optimization leader who has genuinely lived inside Adobe Target — building tests, wiring up
integrations, debugging QA issues, and making the tool sing — and who has since grown into a role where they set strategy, mentor
teams, and speak with authority in the room. This is not a role for someone who has only managed Adobe Target from a distance. The
client stakeholders on this engagement are technical and opinionated, and they will push back. This person needs to win that room
on credibility, not title alone. Think of the profile as: the technical expert who got promoted, not the manager who was assigned
the account. They should be able to say "I've built this exact thing, here's why it breaks, and here's the better way" — and be
senior enough that the recommendation carries organizational weight.
