You can convey complex People concepts to technical stakeholders with clarity and warmth. * Analytical Problem-Solving: You are comfortable with data and use it to tell a story, but you never lose sight of the "human" behind the metrics. * High Autonomy: You are a self-starter who thrives in a decentralized, fast moving environment, setting your own pace and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight. * Inclusive Mindset: You naturally integrate diversity and equity into every facet of your work, ensuring all voices are heard. * Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English * Global Scale: Experience working in a globally distributed setting.
