ABOUT US We’re Cyted - a pioneering gastrointestinal health diagnostics company enabling more patients early access and detection for esophageal cancer and Barrett’s esophagus. Our technology brings a minimally invasive diagnostic approach to market - our EndoSign test combines a swallowable pill-like device with advanced biomarkers and analytics to help detect disease earlier and faster. What started as an idea between a health-tech entrepreneur and leading clinical scientists at Cambridge University has quickly grown into an international company operating across the UK and US, backed by investors such as EQT Life Sciences and a $44M Series B investment. But we still work like a startup - because we are one. Things move quickly here and we build as we go. Some days you’ll be solving problems first of their kind with innovative approaches. Other days you’ll just need to roll your sleeves up and get things done. That’s the reality of building a company that’s growing fast and trying to genuinely change patient outcomes. We’re a small, highly collaborative team, which means your work matters. We have the trust and belief from our investors so you won’t disappear into layers of hierarchy or spend months waiting for decisions. If you have a good idea, we want to hear it, regardless of your role or title. We like people who are curious, adaptable, thoughtful, and always willing to learn and improve. This isn’t a polished corporate environment where everything already exists. We’re building processes, teams, products and ways of working in real time. Every day is different. If the idea of helping build something ambitious from the ground up excites you - and you want your work to have a real-world impact on people’s lives - we’d love to hear from you. Our recruitment process runs through four stages and we interview on a rolling basis. Each stage has its own purpose. As we have grown, we have made each contact point based on candidate feedback, making sure you actually get a helpful insight into Cyted. We want to give you the most open & true snapshot of us no matter the role. 1. Initial conversation – Run by Maddie from our People team, this is a relaxed online chat so we can learn more about you and your background, and so you can learn more about us too. 2. Line manager interview – This online chat explores the role in more detail through scenario-based and role-specific questions to see how you would bring your skills and knowledge into Cyted. 3. Team interview & assessment – To meet the wider team and see how we work in-person, we like to involve a panel of team members to listen to your ideas in either a presentation or assessment format. 4. Final Interview – Marcel, our CEO, still speaks to every new potential employee. In this online meeting, you will get to discuss your goals and explore how they align with the company’s history and future vision. ROLE SUMMARY As the Director of Payer Relations and National Accounts you will lead Cyted’s US payer strategy to secure optimal reimbursement, coverage, and patient access for the company’s molecular diagnostic portfolio. Reporting into the VP Market Access & Reimbursement and working closely with the Billing Director, you will develop and execute national account strategies, establish coding and payment pathways, and drive favorable coverage policies with commercial and government payers. You will define and track key access KPIs, proactively identify reimbursement risks and opportunities, and align access strategy to Cyted’s broader business objectives. It will be essential to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial payers, laboratory benefit managers (LBMs), IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DoD, and other key stakeholders across the US market. You will represent Cyted in payer meetings, contract negotiations, and industry forums, leading engagement plans across national and regional accounts. The role will also partner closely with health systems and finance stakeholders to remove reimbursement barriers, support contract implementation, and ensure operational alignment to accelerate revenue pull-through. In addition, you will shape and communicate compelling payer value propositions supported by clinical and health economic evidence. Overseeing the development of reimbursement dossiers, economic models, and payer-facing materials, you will be partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, and Billing to ensure cohesive execution. By integrating payer insights into evidence generation, product positioning, and launch planning, this role will be instrumental in advancing Cyted’s US market access and growth strategy. WORKING PATTERN AND LOCATION The role is a full-time and remote position with a standard 40 hour working week. The role holder may be required to work flexibly and may need to visit other company sites when and if required. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR: US Payer Strategy and Reimbursement Leadership * Developing and executing US payer relations and national account strategies to achieve reimbursement, coverage, and patient access goals. * Establishing strategies and tactics to secure favourable coverage policies and payment contracts with commercial payers. * Leading efforts to establish and optimise coding, coverage, and payment pathways for Cyted's molecular diagnostic portfolio. * Monitoring federal and state healthcare policy developments and assessing their impact on access strategy and business objectives. * Identifying reimbursement risks and opportunities, proactively shaping mitigation and growth plans. * Defining access KPIs and tracking performance against coverage, payment, and revenue targets. Payer and National Account Engagement * Building and maintaining strong relationships with payers, LBMs, IDNs, IDN finance structures, Medicare, Medicaid, the VA, the DoD, and other relevant stakeholders. * Leading payer engagement plans across national and regional accounts, aligning access strategy with key health system priorities. * Representing Cyted in payer meetings, contract discussions, industry conferences, and other relevant forums. * Partnering with national and regional accounts to remove reimbursement barriers and accelerate commercial pull-through. * Supporting contract implementation and ensuring alignment between coverage terms and operational execution. Value Proposition, Evidence, and Cross Functional Alignment * Creating and communicating compelling payer value propositions supported by clinical and health economic evidence. * Developing health economic models, reimbursement dossiers, and other payer-facing materials tailored to payer decision-makers. * Supporting commercial teams and key accounts through reimbursement education and structured problem-solving. * Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Finance to align access strategy with commercial and product launch objectives. * Ensuring payer insights inform evidence generation, messaging, and product positioning decisions. TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE: * A bachelor's degree in Health Policy, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (MPH, MBA, etc.) preferred. * 8-10+ years of experience in market access, reimbursement, or managed care within the US healthcare system. * Proven track record in securing reimbursement and access for medical devices, molecular diagnostics, or therapies. * Established relationships with key payer stakeholders, including LBMs, IDNs, IDNFS and CMS. * Deep knowledge of US reimbursement processes, including CMS and private payer systems. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to synthesize complex clinical and economic data into compelling, payer-relevant narratives. * Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%). * Expertise in US reimbursement and health policy landscape. * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. * Strategic mindset with ability to execute tactically. * Experience working within molecular diagnostics, or related medical technology sectors. * Strong understanding of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) principles. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE WILL LOOK LIKE: At Cyted, how we work is just as important as the impact we create. Following our recent Series B fundraise and with growing momentum in the US, we are entering a pivotal phase of expansion. As Director of Payer Relations and National Accounts, you will play a critical role in shaping how Cyted engages with the US healthcare system - building and executing our payer strategy, securing reimbursement, and ensuring our diagnostic innovations reach patients through sustainable coverage and access pathways. We care deeply about the clinicians, partners and patients our work ultimately serves. In this role, care means establishing and maintaining trusted, high-impact relationships with commercial and government payers, ensuring Cyted’s solutions are understood, valued, and supported within the healthcare ecosystem. You will act as a credible partner to payer organisations, advocating for patient access while aligning clinical and economic value with payer priorities. We expect you to own your responsibilities with confidence and accountability. You will lead Cyted’s payer strategy end-to-end - defining national account plans, negotiating coverage and contracts, and driving alignment between policy, reimbursement, and operational execution. Your leadership, judgement, and attention to detail will ensure Cyted is well-positioned to navigate the complexities of the US reimbursement landscape as we scale. We aim high. Cyted’s growth depends on strong, scalable market access foundations. You will design and implement strategies, processes, and KPIs that enable sustainable reimbursement and revenue growth. By monitoring the evolving healthcare policy environment, identifying risks and opportunities, and leveraging payer insights, you will help shape how Cyted expands access and strengthens its position in the market. You will be expected to dive deep into the healthcare and reimbursement landscape, understanding payer decision-making, policy dynamics, and the clinical and economic evidence required to support coverage. By translating complex data into compelling value propositions, you will ensure Cyted’s diagnostic services are effectively positioned within care pathways. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory to align evidence generation, messaging, and execution. We encourage everyone to challenge and commit. As Cyted continues to build its presence in the US, your perspective will help shape how we engage with payers and national accounts. Working across teams and stakeholders, you will ensure payer insights inform product strategy, evidence development, and commercial planning, strengthening Cyted’s overall impact in the healthcare system. Finally, we deliver. This role requires ownership, resilience, and follow-through. From securing coverage decisions to driving contract implementation and ensuring access translates into real-world adoption, your work will directly influence Cyted’s ability to deliver value to the healthcare system and improve patient outcomes. This is how we work at Cyted. If this sounds like an environment where you can shape strategy, build critical partnerships, and expand access to innovative diagnostics, we’d love to hear from you. The Internet of Things (IoT) is like the magical glue that keeps the world connected! 🌐✨ From ordering your favourite takeaway to the ANPR technology that helps you find a parking spot, IoT is everywhere—even if you don’t realize it. At Wireless Logic, we provide cutting-edge connectivity solutions and technologies to ensure a vast array of devices stay seamlessly connected. Join the Wireless Logic Adventure! The Opportunity: This is a genuinely rare role. You will be the most senior marketing leader in North America, with the scope, autonomy, and budget to shape how a fast-growing global technology business wins in the world's most competitive enterprise market. You will not be running a single brand. You will be the commercial architect across a portfolio of brands, each with its own marketing function, its own customer base, and its own GTM motion. Your job is to make the sum greater than the parts: aligning priorities, deploying investment where it creates the most commercial impact, and ensuring that Wireless Logic group brands carries real authority in the US market. Our model is built on managed connectivity, deep platform capability, and long-term customer relationships. We operate through a multi-brand portfolio, each with its own market identity and customer base, united by the authority of the Wireless Logic Group. In North America, that portfolio currently spans: * Webbing: enterprise IoT and connectivity, selling directly to global enterprises and through channel partners including Granite. * Blue Wireless: fixed wireless access and satellite connectivity, serving global enterprises and major MSPs. * Zipit: IoT-focused solutions for US enterprises, OEMs, and ODMs. North America is our largest growth market and one of our most strategically important. The businesses described above have strong foundations. The opportunity now is to drive significant new business growth by orchestrating a coherent, high-impact marketing approach across all of them, and by establishing Wireless Logic as the defining enterprise IoT connectivity brand in the region. You will have direct access to and regular engagement with the MD RoW, SVP North America and the Group CMO. The impact of this role will be visible at the highest levels of the business. If you want to be the person who defines how a world-class IoT platform becomes a market leader in North America, this is the role. Role Overview: The Director of Marketing, North America is the commercial marketing lead for North America. The role is accountable for the overall pipeline value generated across all brands in the region and has the strategic and financial remit to make that happen. This is a role that spans both leadership and execution. The three brands each have dedicated marketing managers; the role of the Director is to provide strategic direction, coordinate activity across brands and ICPs, allocate discretionary investment (and focus/expertise) to the highest-impact opportunities, and influence and develop the marketing managers who are closest to each business. Equally, this person will lead the development of a coherent regional brand strategy, including the establishment of Wireless Logic as a recognised brand of authority in the US market, which is a critical lever for analyst positioning, enterprise consideration, and LLM-driven buyer discovery. Your Daily Quest:🌎 1. Commercial Leadership and Pipeline Growth * Own the primary commercial success metric for marketing in the region: total qualified pipeline value generated across all brands. * Set and maintain clear pipeline, growth marketing and brand marketing targets in collaboration with the SVP, North America, brand MDs, and sales leadership. * Ensure marketing activity across all brands is focused on commercial outcomes, with clear attribution, reporting, and accountability. * Act as the primary marketing voice in regional commercial reviews and leadership discussions. 2. Discretionary Marketing Budget and Investment Deployment * Own and manage a discretionary regional marketing budget, separate from and in addition to each brand's own marketing budget. * Deploy this investment against the highest-impact opportunities across the portfolio, whether that is co-investment in a specific brand campaign, a cross-brand initiative, market-level brand building or a specific ICP or vertical. * Make investment decisions based on commercial rigor: expected pipeline contribution, ICP alignment, and market opportunity. * Manage agency, vendor and partner relationships as required to support regional initiatives. 3. Regional Brand Strategy * Lead the development of a coherent brand strategy for North America, working collaboratively with each brand's marketing function, the SVP, North America, and the Group Brand and Communications team. * Define and drive the positioning of Wireless Logic as the group brand of authority in the US, including its presence in analyst rankings, third-party review platforms, industry publications, and LLM discovery environments. * Oversee the introduction of the 'a Wireless Logic Company' brand architecture across the portfolio, ensuring it strengthens rather than disrupts each brand's existing market identity. * Ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across the portfolio that reflects each brand's ICP while reinforcing the credibility of the group. * Lead employer brand positioning for the region in collaboration with HR and the wider group. 4. Multi-Brand Orchestration and GTM Alignment * Maintain a clear view of marketing activity, priorities, and performance across all brands in the region. * Identify opportunities for cross-brand coordination, shared investment, joint campaigns, or aligned ICP targeting, and drive these where they create commercial value. * Ensure that the introduction any additional brands into the portfolio (most likely through M&A) is supported by a clear integration plan from a GTM and brand perspective. * Provide the Group Marketing team with regular, structured insight into the US market: competitive dynamics, ICP shifts, channel developments, and emerging opportunities. 5. Marketing Leadership and Team Influence * Provide dotted-line leadership to the marketing managers within each brand in the region, with hard-line accountability remaining with their respective brand MDs. * Set the strategic direction and priority framework within which those teams operate, and ensure they have the support, clarity, and tools they need to execute effectively. * Support the development of marketing capability across the regional team, sharing best practice, frameworks, and access to central resources. * Build strong, productive working relationships with each brand's commercial and sales leadership. 6. Channel and Partner Marketing * Provide strategic oversight of channel marketing activity in the region, including Webbing's channel programme (with VARs, MSPs, aggregators, service providers and distributors) and Blue Wireless's MSP relationships. * Ensure channel marketing activity is commercially aligned and well-coordinated with direct GTM initiatives. * Support the development of co-branded and partner-led campaigns where these represent a material pipeline opportunity. 7. Market Intelligence and Competitive Positioning * Maintain a structured view of the competitive landscape in North America across each brand's primary markets. * Translate competitive and market intelligence into actionable positioning and messaging recommendations for the brands and the group. * Feed US market insight into the Group Product Marketing team's global competitive intelligence programme. 8. Global Marketing Collaboration * Work closely with the Group Heads of Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing to ensure global programmes are localised effectively for the North American market. * Provide the US market perspective into global analyst relations programmes (owned and managed by the Group Product Marketing team). * Commission work from and brief into central specialist functions (SEO, demand generation, performance marketing, content) where these can accelerate regional outcomes. * Participate in global marketing leadership forums and contribute to the evolution of the group's overall marketing model. What Success Looks Like: * NA revenue growth and total qualified new business pipeline value generated across all brands in North America are the primary commercial success metrics. * Wireless Logic is a recognised brand of authority in the US market: measurable growth in branded search, LLM visibility, analyst coverage, and third-party review presence. * Clear, differentiated positioning across each brand in the portfolio, with consistent group brand architecture applied. * Strong commercial alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes across all brands. * The regional marketing team operates as a coordinated, high-performing function, with clear direction, shared standards, and measurable improvement in marketing effectiveness. * Integration of any new group brands is executed smoothly from a GTM and brand perspective, with no loss of market momentum. The Secret Sauce:🍨 * 10 or more years of senior marketing leadership, with a strong track record in enterprise B2B technology, connectivity, telecom, IoT, or SaaS environments. * Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth through marketing, with clear commercial accountability. * Experience operating across multiple brands, business units, or GTM motions simultaneously. * Demonstrable ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organisation, building followership and alignment without direct authority. * Experience managing and deploying marketing budgets with commercial rigor and clear ROI orientation. * Established network and credibility in the US enterprise technology or (ideally) the connectivity market. * Experience with or strong understanding of AI-driven buyer discovery, LLM visibility, and modern B2B digital marketing. Skills and Attributes: * Commercially grounded: you think about marketing in terms of pipeline and revenue, not just awareness and activity. * Strategic and decisive: able to set clear priorities across a complex portfolio and hold the line on what matters most. * Strong influencer and communicator: confident presenting to and challenging senior leadership, and credible with sales and commercial teams. * Brand literate: understands how brand authority, third-party credibility, and digital presence drive enterprise consideration, especially in an AI-mediated discovery environment. * Collaborative by instinct: works effectively across functions, geographies, and reporting lines to get the best outcome. * Resilient and adaptable: comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and the complexity of a multi-brand, PE-backed environment Why This Role, Why Now? IoT connectivity is one of the defining infrastructure categories of the next decade. Wireless Logic is already a global leader, and North America is the market where the next phase of that leadership will be established. This role is the commercial marketing lead for that ambition. You will have real authority: a senior mandate, meaningful budget, direct access to leadership, and a portfolio of brands with strong foundations to build from. You will have the support of a world-class global marketing team, and the autonomy to make the US your own. If you are a senior B2B marketing leader who wants to play a defining role in building a global brand in the world's largest enterprise market, we would like to hear from you. You know how life sciences companies think, how they buy, and what keeps their commercial leaders up at night. * Most importantly, you are a hustler in the best sense of the word. Because ideas are valuable only if executed. * Client trust is won on the field: Addressing client needs flows better hands on at their side. * If not used, it is useless: Our love for technology translates into a steep desire for adoption, true brilliance is about impact. * If not shared, our work is not done: Sharing knowledge is the best way to button up a mission, benefitting clients and colleagues. * We learn everyday: Tech is a land where everything moves at the speed of light, you better be ready to challenge yourself.
