Scrub Nurse
Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £36,000–£38,000 DOE + shift enhancements & benefits (OTE up to £45,000)
Shifts: Flexible shifts across 5 days (Monday–Sunday), On-call rotation required

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Scrub Nurse to join our high-performing theatre team, working across three state-of-the-art
theatres at one of the UK’s leading cosmetic surgery clinics.
No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting a wide range of procedures including (but not limited to) rhinoplasty, breast
augmentation, facelift, labiaplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction, and fat transfer.
Working closely with our world-class consultants, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe and effective theatre preparation,
surgical assistance, and patient safety. Whether you’re looking to broaden your experience or deepen your expertise in a

About the role: We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with experience in theatre to join our clinical team on a casual) basis. Monday to Friday flexible roster, with occasional weekend shifts available. No overnight or on call shifts. Duties and responsibilities: This role will see you working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needs and deliver exceptional clinical outcomes. * Assist the nursing team to deliver safe, evidence-based patient care * Ensure the theatre complex and equipment are ready for surgery * Ensure patient safety and communication with surgical team is always a key focus * Monitor and evaluate patient recovery, addressing any complications * Deliver education and support to patients for the management of their recovery * Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses on shift About You: You have a genuine passion for nursing, providing world-class patient care and adding value to Australian healthcare.
