At Rohlik, Finance keeps the business running smoothly — across invoices, payments, month-end and reporting. We’re building a finance operation that’s fast, reliable and scalable across multiple countries. We’re now looking for a P2P/AP Accounting Team Leader to take care of our P2P agenda across Rohlik Group countries and related entities. This role is for someone who stays hands-on, runs a tight process, and genuinely enjoys improving how things work. Why this role is exciting * You’ll step into a key P2P role in our Group Finance Shared Service Centre — with real ownership and clear scope. * You’ll be a team leader for a group of P2P accountants: organising the workflow, setting standards, coaching day-to-day. * You’ll have room to drive process improvements and reduce manual work — we want things to get better, not just “done.” * You’ll work in an international environment where English is the main language. What you’ll do You’ll run the day-to-day workflow and performance of the P2P accounting team, ensuring accuracy, speed and strong collaboration across the business. * Own and manage daily P2P operations: vendor invoices (COGS & non-COGS), disbursements, and travel & expense claims * Allocate work within the team, keep deadlines under control, and ensure high-quality outputs * Lead and support a team of P2P accountants: coaching, training, setting goals, regular check-ins * Build a positive, high-performance team culture — clear expectations, strong ownership, open communication * Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and external partners (auditors, vendors) * Drive process improvements and keep P2P documentation accurate and up to date * Spot bottlenecks early and propose practical solutions that make the process faster, cleaner and more scalable What we’re looking for * Strong experience in P2P / Accounts Payable (end-to-end) * Proven experience as a team leader / supervisor, (ideally from a Shared Service Centre / Business Services environment) * Hands-on attitude — you’re close to the work and understand the details * Process improvement mindset: you enjoy fixing root causes, not only firefighting * Strong communication and organisational skills * Business-level English is required; Czech or German is a plus What’s in it for you * Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly. * Good food every day - You’ll enjoy a free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies in the office. Because good food fuels great work. * Life, not just work - You’ll have real flexibility – three days in the office, 2 days Home Office where it suits you. And unlimited paid vacation based on trust. * Personal growth - You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact. * Real impact - What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one. * Recognition among colleagues - Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria. * Xtra membership - You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on Rohlik.cz. * Sport & wellbeing - You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card. * A team that sticks together - You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together. * If this sounds like you…You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done.
