Our Mission ⚖️
At Doctrine, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform.
Our belief? Law shouldn't be slowed down by repetitive tasks. It should be augmented by a specialised AI, designed to understand, analyse and produce legal reasoning at the highest standard.
Our ambition? To help legal professionals work with greater reliability, efficiency and peace of mind, through a single, comprehensive and secure platform.
Today, 27,000 legal professionals across five countries (France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Luxembourg) trust us to do just that.
Our growth is guided by a clear approach: a global vision, grounded in a deep understanding of local specificities.
Behind this ambition, a team of around 250 people, united around one goal: supporting lawyers and legal professionals at every stage of their work, from research to drafting.
And we're just getting started.
Doctrine is looking for a Sales Manager, leading a team of 6 Account Executive to take ownership of our law firms segment in Germany.
Our Mission ⚖️ At Doctrine, we're building Europe's leading legal AI platform. The context Doctrine has achieved 50% annual growth over the last four years and has become the market leader in AI-powered legal platform in France. We then expanded into Italy (2024), Germany (2025), and in 2026 we acquired Maïté, the Spanish legal AI champion. This trajectory means our Sales, Marketing & Ops teams are operating at full speed, across multiple markets, with increasingly ambitious launches. Why this role exists Doctrine's international expansion is accelerating fast: new markets, new products, new competitive dynamics, all at once. As we scale across Italy, Germany, and Spain, the opportunity ahead of us is clear: build a genuinely local presence in each market. That's what this role is about. We're looking for someone to own the German market from the inside; someone who brings the depth of local expertise that makes the difference between a launch that lands and one that merely ships. Someone who turns market knowledge into sharp positioning, scattered signals into a coherent narrative, and a sales team into confident product advocates. The German PMM is a builder role. The foundations are there; the local layer is yours to create. What you'll own Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our German sales team, the German Field Marketing, Product Manager and the broader Marketing & Ops team, you'll be responsible for making Doctrine perceived as the leading legal AI platform in Germany. Your core scope covers: Go-to-Market: You'll build and execute all GTM collateral for German product launches: product emails, visuals, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, in-product communications, ads. Positioning & Messaging: You'll be the person who best understands perceived value from German clients' perspective. You'll translate that into the German website, customer testimonials, landing pages, and brochures. Product Enablement: Working hand-in-hand with our global sales enablement manager, you'll develop and update sales tools (pitch decks, demo flows, objection handling, battlecards). You'll co-run product training sessions for the German sales team and close the feedback loop on the commercial playbook. Market Intelligence: You'll be the go-to expert on the German legal market: competitors, personas, buying dynamics. You'll own the creation and maintenance of German battlecards and personas, and you'll synthesize market signals into actionable insight for both the product and sales teams. User Education: Working with Product and Growth, you'll make sure German users adopt and activate the full range of Doctrine's features through targeted campaigns and in-app actions. Performance: You'll define what a successful German launch looks like - that framework doesn't fully exist yet and building it is part of the job. Then you'll track, iterate, and maximize the impact of everything you ship. What we're looking for Native or bilingual German: not a nice-to-have, structurally essential to everything in this role. A proven first experience as a Field marketer, PMM or Product Marketer, ideally in B2B SaaS. Comfort working in English and German across multiple teams and stakeholders; you enjoy coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects. AI is part of your toolkit, not a bonus skill. You're comfortable using AI tools as a natural extension of your workflow. At Doctrine, we build AI products for legal professionals; the expectation is that our own team leads by example. You need to understand the big picture before you can do good work, and you can translate that big picture into sharp, actionable copy. You're a natural storyteller: you can make complex concepts accessible, you write with conviction, and you're not afraid to take the mic in front of 100 people. You thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing international environments. You're willing to roll up your sleeves: this role ships things, it doesn't just strategize. You bring creative, unconventional ideas to the table.

Your opportunity Luminovo builds the software infrastructure for the electronic supply chain. Our platform helps EMS companies and OEMs quote faster, source smarter, and manage their supply chains — powered by AI. Partnerships are a core growth engine in how we go to market. The EMEA partnerships program is established and running. You are not building from zero. You're inheriting proven relationships across DACH, Benelux, and wider EU — 50+ active ambassadors, supplier integrations, distributor contracts, and a playbook that already works. Germany alone represents the highest concentration of electronics manufacturers in EMEA; DACH combined is the largest addressable cluster in Europe for this role. What changes is ownership. You'll run this program independently, grow it without limits, and make it the most productive channel in Luminovo's go-to-market. This is a full-cycle commercial role. You own everything from first outreach through signed agreement to long-term commercial result — ambassador recruitment, supplier partnerships, and the revenue that flows from both. Unlike a traditional sales role, you own the relationship long-term. That means compounding trust, more referrals over time, and a network that grows with you. If you want to own a market, not just work in one, this is the role. Your performance objectives As Head of Partnerships/ Partnerships Lead for EMEA, you'll split your focus equally between two pillars: growing and activating our ambassador network, and winning new supplier partnerships. 🌟 Ambassador program Activate. Take ownership of an established community of 50+ EMEA ambassadors — electronics professionals (SMT equipment vendors, independent sales reps, consultants, system integrators) trusted by EMS and OEM buyers across Europe. Build the relationships, increase referral frequency, and drive ARR impact. Expand. Recruit new ambassadors across DACH and wider EU. Own the full cycle from first outreach through signed agreement to first accepted referral. Show up. Represent Luminovo at key regional electronics events where the industry gathers. That's where ambassador relationships start and compound. 📦 Supplier partnerships Own and grow. Take over established PCB supplier, distributor, and API integration relationships — no gaps at handover. Manage for growth from day one. Sign new partners. Build pipeline across all partnership categories. Work with our internal data to identify gaps and come to partner meetings prepared. Drive revenue. Partners value the access to the Luminovo ecosystems and are willing to pay for it. Expand the accounts and iterate on the pricing model to find win-wins. 📈 Operating independently Own your stack. Be fully self-sufficient in HubSpot, our ambassador platform, and sequencing tools from day one. This is a commercial role — sourcing, qualifying, closing. Build on what works. Document and refine what you inherit. Your job is to make an already-strong foundation scale further — and find the gaps no one has had time to close. Measure what matters. Track your leading indicators proactively. Know your numbers before your manager does. Who you'll be working with * Sebastian, co-founder and your hiring manager — the person who built the commercial framework you'll operate in and your strategic counterpart * Nils, current Partnerships lead — you will take over from him, making him the deepest source of knowledge * Rachel and the PCB domain team — collaborating on supplier integrations and roadmap input * The EMEA and global sales team — who receive warm partner-sourced leads and run the customer-side close * Dasha, our Partnerships Ops specialist — supporting with tooling, data, and workflows * Our Product team — who will want your market feedback on supplier and integration priorities Skills, knowledge, and expertise We deliberately did not create a standard checklist of minimum qualifications for this role. We care far more about your drive and ability to create impact than we do about your CV. However, as you need to speak the language of the industry, you should have been either been exposed to it or come with a credible story, where you will quickly grind your teeth into it. Location We're based in Munich. Berlin works too. Elsewhere in DACH or EU? Tell us anyway. ⚡️ ABOUT LUMINOVO Luminovo is the first electronics supply chain platform that unites all data, processes, and stakeholders in the trillion-dollar electronics industry.
