Humach is seeking a Training Manager to lead new hire, cross-training, refresher, and professional development programs. This role
oversees training facilitators, partners with leaders across the organization to identify training needs, and drives continuous
improvement in training effectiveness, content, and delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in virtual facilitation,
coaching, and adult learning principles, with a passion for developing people and improving performance.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates who currently reside in Iowa, Wisconsin, Texas and Florida.

In this role, individuals will make business-to-business sales calls and generate new business leads to help offer products that support a leading provider of safety, compliance, and workforce training solutions. This is a fully remote position and open to candidates who reside and are authorized to work in Iowa, Wisconsin or Texas. All positions require working exclusively from a home office, and employees must provide their own computer equipment, wired headset and reliable high-speed internet. Candidates will be asked to complete a systems scan to confirm technical and internet requirements are met. Enjoy an ideal M-F work schedule. No weekends!
