The Range Applications & Tools (RAT) team develops the software that enables and supports Toptracer's range technology around the
world. Our work spans camera calibration systems, site configuration management, operational tooling, and integrations with
third-party hardware such as launch monitors and other range equipment.
These systems are critical to ensuring that Toptracer installations operate accurately, reliably, and consistently across hundreds
of venues globally. As a Software Engineer in RAT, you will work on a diverse set of technical challenges where software interacts
with cameras, hardware, and real-world environments.
In this role, you will develop and maintain software that supports Toptracer installations throughout their lifecycle. A
significant part of your work will involve improving our camera calibration systems and calibration workflows, helping ensure the
accuracy and reliability of our tracking technology. You will also contribute to the tools and services used to manage site
configurations and deployments at scale, while building integrations with third-party hardware and devices.
The team develops both backend services and web-based applications that support operations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
Working closely with engineers, product managers, and hardware specialists, you will help design, build, and maintain systems that
improve the scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency of Toptracer deployments worldwide.
We are looking for a strong software engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering problems. Experience with computer vision
or calibration systems is valuable but not required.
Nice to Have
The ideal candidate is first and foremost a strong software engineer. They enjoy understanding how systems work, are comfortable
working across different parts of the technology stack, and are curious about how software interacts with hardware and real-world
environments.
One day you may be improving a calibration workflow or integrating a hardware component, and the next you may be developing a
web-based tool that helps operators manage Toptracer installations at scale.
Workplace
We value fully engaged associates that come to work because they enjoy their work and the colleagues they have. We strive to
create a diverse and inclusive work environment where everybody can reach their full potential. We provide opportunities for all
the colleagues to develop internally and to meet each other. We have a strong commitment and dedication at Toptracer. That comes
from the activities and moments we share and the product we are developing.
In addition to that, our technology is unique and world-leading which makes the journey extra exciting. We create a product that
encourages people to be outside and get activated which enables a healthier lifestyle. As a colleague at Toptracer, you can either
go to a range near your home to experience the product you have developed or just turn on the TV to see it in the biggest golf
tournaments.
