We continue to progress our internal candidate programs towards the clinic while advancing across a broad range of modalities including small molecules, molecular glues, peptides, and antibodies.  YOUR IMPACT  The experienced Clinical Program Manager will help to lead the transition of our internal programs from pre-IND to clinical trial execution. Reporting to the Program Lead, this critical role will work with the cross-functional global team to drive clinical trial execution, managing timelines, risks, budgets and vendor partnerships. They will leverage AI and emerging technologies to ensure efficient outcomes with a high probability of success.  WHAT YOU WILL DO  * Project planning and execution: Develop and own integrated project plans that track operational strategy, timelines, risks and dependencies across workstreams to ensure alignment between clinical objectives and company goals. * Cross-functional leadership and communication: Act as the central point of contact ensuring high performance and alignment among the cross-functional clinical trial team.  * Lead project team meetings ensuring effective information sharing, decision making and documentation. * Collaborate with preclinical program managers as well as AI/ML and data science teams to identify and implement new solutions to increase speed, scale and probability of success. * External Partnerships: Oversee and manage a network of external vendors, CROs, partners and collaborators including budgets, timelines and key deliverables. * Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on clinical study execution and portfolio management. * Proactively and in real-time help teams to problem solve and identify issues that impact key deliverables, timelines and budgets.   SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS  ESSENTIAL: * You must have a proven track record of managing a clinical program from IND through late stage clinical development, within expected timelines and budgets. * Experience working cross functionally with key stakeholders internally as well as external vendors and collaborators. Excellence in building relationships in both settings. * Highly organized with experienced managing large budgets and complex interdependent timelines using project management tools. * Strong sense of urgency and accountability to operate in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities. * Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. * Willingness and ability to motivate and hold accountable, interdisciplinary teams and vendors. This position participates in the day-to-day operation, oversight, and implementation of restoration projects throughout the park system as well as assisting with on-going wildlife research while overseeing the training and management of seasonal employees, interns, and volunteers.    Essential Responsibilities: * Implement all on-the-ground ecological restoration and management projects and plans. Oversee maintenance of all land management equipment used by the Natural Areas Program. * Supervise partner organizations, conservation crews, volunteers, and is the program lead overseeing the training and management of the Natural Areas interns and seasonal employees.  * Take the lead in controlling invasive plants through standardized control methods in cooperation with staff, volunteers, and contractors. Lead volunteers in invasive species removal events. Oversee invasives species mapping activities. * Assist in the research of wildlife populations. * Assist with undertaking natural resource (flora & fauna) field assessments to determine project prioritization for critical species habitat management, species preservation, and potential native species reintroductions. * Assist with community based education events and citizen-based natural areas restoration projects. Represent the Natural Areas Program at conferences, board meetings, and workshops. * Develop new and existing natural resource partnerships through community outreach and education activities such as public presentations. Lead environmental engagement field trips and lectures to local universities. * Perform office duties, maintain the herbicide database, equipment database and assist with updating internal management policies. From our government partnerships, we have reached over 8.4 million learners, partnering with 22,000+ schools across various states. Our goal is to continue expanding our scale and deepen impact across partner states. The Schools Team works in a lean and collaborative way with our government partners, developing strong implementation plans and providing support at every step of the way. We learn and constantly iterate by gathering feedback and through data-backed insights and efficacy studies. ABOUT THE ROLE Khan Academy India is looking for a passionate individual to join our growing Schools Team as a Project Associate consultant to support our programme with the government school system in Maharashtra. The role will be based in Pune. In this role, you will be working with the Program Lead and will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Khan Academy programme in the state, in collaboration with the Department of School Education, Maharashtra. You will also work closely with Khan Academy India’s Content team, Partner Operations, Teacher Professional Development, and Data and Efficacy teams to ensure high-quality implementation of our programme. This is a twelve-month contract-based role. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO: Support programme implementation: Work with the Program Lead to help support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Maharashtra. * Take ownership of work streams and deliver on the pre-agreed goals. * Deliver and support in executing training to education officials (Khan Academy program mentors/administrative cadre) and teachers on a regular basis. * Follow up on training implementation and unearth insights and challenges to strengthen the program for all teachers continuously. * Create engaging resources that support effective implementation on the ground. * Regularly conduct field visits (3–4/week) and have regular touchpoints with the officers and teachers to generate insights from the schools that will help the Khan Academy team identify strategic levers to increase adoption and deepen usage of Khan Academy. * Communication with stakeholders: Set up communication channels and drive creative communication strategies for teachers, principals, and other officers to share programmatic goals and updates. Create high-quality nudges that will drive action and clarity for teachers and schools. * Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials which include nodal officers, state resource persons, district-level officers, and school stakeholders. * Manage knowledge effectively: Ensure that all state discussions are documented in a standard format and keep key stakeholders (internal and external) in the loop. * Build our learning muscle by analyzing qualitative feedback from the state systems. * Collaborate with the rest of the teams at Khan Academy India to ensure timely and successful delivery of our program and services. * Provide any other support, as needed, for the programme. ABOUT YOU You would be a great fit for the role if you are: * Someone with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
