You will ensure tasks move smoothly from brief to deployment, keeping client stakeholders updated and project teams aligned. More specifically, your tasks include: * Coordinating the day-to-day delivery of customer relationship management (CRM) and digital campaigns for major global brands. * Facilitating the execution of personalized client communication plans, ensuring deadlines are met at every stage. * Managing day-to-day client communications, acting as the reliable, go-to operational contact for project updates. * Creating project timelines, tracking milestones, and monitoring budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. * Preparing project status reports, meeting agendas, and documentation to keep internal and client teams aligned. * Collaborating closely with specialists (developers, designers, and data teams) to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards. In addition, you have: * 3+ years of experience in Project Management or Campaign Coordination within CRM, digital marketing, or a related agency environment. * Experience working with large global brands (experience in the luxury and/or automotive sectors is a major plus). * Strong stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams. * Good understanding of what digital, data-driven, and marketing automation projects entail. * Hands-on experience coordinating the delivery of campaigns within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation. * Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud) is highly desirable. * The self-discipline to manage daily tasks, timelines, and project tracking excellently. * Great communication skills in English.
