Overview
The Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) is a key link in our relationships with new consultations/patients and must have
the ability to connect with people on a professional and friendly level to instill trust and confidence. The main objective of
this role is to ensure that all patients and prospective patients receive top quality attention and care in the interactions they
have with the practice. The Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) will partner closely with all staff members to achieve
operational goals. This is a full-time position that requires open availability, including Saturdays.

Compensation: $18-20/hr, based on experience. This role is also eligible for a monthly bonus incentive (up to $500) as well as the

The Role As a Ticketing/Client Services Specialist in the Theaters and Residencies Division at AXS, you will provide front-line, top-notch service and support for our clients at box offices nationwide. This position provides maternity leave coverage and is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. The two hires will choose one of two schedules, which together provide full coverage Monday through Friday at Irvine Trading Academy’s Fitch Avenue center. As the first person visitors, students, and guests meet when they arrive, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional experience while supporting the daily operations of our educational training center.
