ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a Manager Order-to-Cash (O2C) Operations to lead day to day -execution across order management (including provisioning), billing, credit, and collections. This role plays a critical part in sustaining operational excellence while strengthening our O2C foundation to support continued scale. As transaction volume and enterprise complexity grow, this leader will ensure disciplined execution, protect working capital, and reinforce revenue governance standards. This position reports to the Senior Director, Quote-to-Cash and serves as a key operational partner across Finance and Sales for O2C execution matters. WHAT TO EXPECT? END-TO-END O2C OPERATIONS * Lead daily operations across order management, billing, credit, and collections. * Serve as the primary operational escalation point for O2C-related matters. * Ensure billing accuracy, disciplined credit evaluation, and effective collections performance. * Run structured operational reviews (aging, billing quality, SLA monitoring, exception management). * Identify and proactively resolve operational risks. Working Capital & Performance Management * Own key O2C performance metrics including DSO, aging quality, dispute trends, and billing accuracy. * Monitor performance and support corrective actions to maintain strong cash flow * Strengthen billing frequency and payment term discipline in partnership with Sales and Deal Desk. * Support predictable cash flow through disciplined execution. Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance * Partner with Deal Desk to ensure deals are operationally sound and executable. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Rev Rec) to support GTM initiatives. Escalate structural issues appropriately while resolving operational matters independently. * Partner with cross-functional teams to support various Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives within the O2C domain. TOOLS, AUTOMATION & AI ENABLEMENT * Support adoption and effective use of O2C tools (e.g., Klarity,CreditPulse,Tesorio)- * Identify and assess opportunities to leverage automation and AI within O2C workflows. * Support Zuora-related initiatives from an operational readiness and execution perspective. Partner with systems teams on enhancements and process improvements. Team Leadership * Lead, coach, and develop a team of -3-4 analysts across order management/billing and credit/collections. * Solidify the newly created O2C team and build cross-training across the team. * Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards. * Strengthen team capability to support increasing scale and complexity. This role provides strong day-to-day administrative and programmatic leadership to ensure high-quality, performance-based programs, efficient operations, and successful outcomes across facilities and services, including interim housing sites, 24/7 hotline services, crisis and emergency shelter, second-stage shelter, support services, legal clinics, community education and outreach, and domestic violence regional coordination. The position is responsible for maintaining the highest quality services and programming efficiency while fostering teamwork, staff development, and leadership across diverse program teams located at shelters, drop-in sites, interim housing facilities, and administrative offices. The Senior Director will also assist the Deputy Chief, Interim Housing, with the development of new program sites, including staff configuration, program design, recruitment, and staff training. This role includes oversight of operations, high-level contract management, outcome measurement and monitoring, and collaboration with key partners such as the Domestic Violence Council, Domestic Violence Alliance, the City of Santa Monica, the City of Los Angeles, County entities, community members, homeless service organizations, victim service providers, and other partner agencies. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for the leadership, management and budgetary oversight of all Sojourn programming and facilities. * As the Subject Matter Expert on Domestic Violence (DV) services and resources, serve as a consultant to agency-wide department heads and the Executive Leadership team to inform policies and protocols with best practices related to DV services as they relate to all departments and programs within the organization. * Work with agency-wide department heads and the Executive Leadership team to ensure standards are being upheld throughout the organization on an ongoing basis, e.g. as it relates to Information Technology, outcomes and financial data storage and collection, internal and external communication standards, etc. * Oversee services and contracts with government and private funders for the program, ensuring compliance with all funding agreements. * In collaboration with senior leadership, develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems necessary to maintain high-quality programs and services, and to ensure adequate controls and outcomes information. * Develop and plan strategically for future programmatic needs and community partnerships. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the PMO Manager and Practice leads to develop new standards, templates, and processes. In addition, they will assist the PMO Manager as a backup with team meetings and management tasks as necessary as well as assist with RFP responses and/or PMO presales activities. The Senior Project Manager, supporting Hybrid Cloud, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading complex enterprise technology programs focused on cloud transformation, data platform modernization, analytics, AI readiness, and hybrid infrastructure initiatives. This role partners with clients, technical architects, engineers, analysts, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes through Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud, data, and analytics programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful implementations across Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data & AI platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
