across the region. The team uncovers, analyzes, and prioritizes improvement opportunities that drive incremental revenue and
operational efficiency. We build business cases for EMEA investment, optimize resources during annual planning, and collaborate
closely with global teams to enhance systems, tools, programs, and processes. We also lead the execution of global initiatives
within EMEA and share best practices across regions to accelerate global scale.
As part of the EMEA GTM Strategy & Operations team, you’ll work with sales leaders and global partners to improve how we plan,
execute, and automate core GTM processes across the region. You’ll be AI‑native in how you work, using modern AI tools to get to
insight faster, diagnose root causes, and free your time for driving change and partnering with the business.

As a Sr. Client Account Manager, you will be in charge of driving a sophisticated book of business featuring Pinterest’s Mid Market advertisers. You’ll work directly with key advertisers as a trusted consultative product expert to their business. Your strategic advice, analytical skills, and technical sales skills are core to bringing to life the value we deliver as a platform. This is a velocity sales team, we’re looking for candidates who are comfortable working at scale with a diverse client base. They proactively address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless onboarding process. They work closely with users to understand their needs, offer guidance on best practices, and anticipate and address any potential technical challenges.
