ABOUT THE JOB: We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling business transformation through CRM technologies. You will work closely with clients to design, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that drive operational excellence and customer value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solution requirements. * Solution Architecture & Design: Design scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, business rules, and integrations, aligned with client objectives. * Configuration & Delivery: Configure CRM modules, entities, dashboards, and reports. Liaise with technical teams for custom development and data migration. * Training & Change Enablement: Develop training materials and deliver user workshops to support adoption and change management. * Testing & Quality Assurance: Define and execute test plans, including system and user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality delivery. * Project Management Support: Contribute to project planning and delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. * Continuous Improvement: Advise clients on CRM enhancements and best practices, leveraging new features and industry trends. * Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement). * Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable. * Strong business analysis skills and understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes. * Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, process mapping, and functional solution design, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured outputs (e.g. user stories, functional specifications). * Proven ability to work with technical teams to define and deliver customisations, integrations, and data migration strategies. * Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments.   WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING AT BEARINGPOINT IRELAND? AI WORKPLACE (M365) & COPILOT STUDIO DEVELOPER (SENIOR CONSULTANT) BearingPoint is looking for a Copilot Studio Developer to help clients design and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. This is a client-facing role focused on building secure, scalable solutions that automate business processes, improve productivity, and extend Microsoft 365 with custom data and actions. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Design, build, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. * Develop workflows, actions, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, and external systems. * Work with clients to identify useful business scenarios and translate requirements into effective Copilot Studio solutions. * Support governance, testing, optimisation, and controlled rollout across enterprise environments. * Create technical documentation and contribute to demos, workshops, and solution design activities. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio. * Strong Power Platform experience, especially Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors. * Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or custom connectors. * Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. * Strong communication skills and the ability to convert business requirements into working technical solutions. AI WORKPLACE (M365) & MICROSOFT PURVIEW SENIOR ENGINEER BearingPoint is looking for an experienced AI Workplace & Microsoft Purview Senior Engineer to help clients adopt AI securely and effectively across the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot, data security, governance, and modern workplace transformation. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Lead Microsoft Purview and Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, governance, and implementation engagements for clients. * Design and deploy capabilities such as sensitivity labels, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, audit, and other Purview controls. * Support secure AI workplace adoption by identifying oversharing risks, improving data governance, and defining practical guardrails for Copilot. * Run workshops with client stakeholders, translate technical requirements into business outcomes, and produce high-quality project deliverables. * Work across the wider Microsoft stack including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and adjacent security services. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * Strong hands-on Microsoft Purview experience across information protection, DLP, retention, records management, audit, and compliance. * Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, governance, implementation, or secure adoption programmes. * Strong consulting and client-facing skills, including workshops, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. * Good understanding of Microsoft 365 core services and adjacent security technologies such as Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and SharePoint. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly in business language.
