Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Munich, enmacc is a high growth scale-up with a diverse team of over 100 professionals. We’re passionate about energy, technology, and building something that makes a real impact. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial environment where your work directly contributes to a more sustainable and digital energy future, we invite you to submit your application below. YOUR MISSION: Are you ready to shape the strategic direction of Europe’s leading energy trading platform to the next level? As an Senior Account Manager (DACH), you will take full commercial ownership of a structured, high-impact portfolio of approximately 30 major accounts, primarily located in Germany and Switzerland. This is an entrepreneurial role: you will be tasked with identifying and mapping out the full revenue potential of these top-tier customers. While our internal Marketplace Management team focuses on day-to-day trader interactions, liquidity generation, and chasing RFQs, your mission is to engage at the executive level. You will build long-term joint business cases that secure revenue stability, maximize trading/access fees, and drive consistent Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the Strategic Portfolio: Manage a predefined selection of roughly 30 high-impact major accounts across Germany and Switzerland that significantly influence enmacc's overall revenue. * Drive Commercial Revenue Growth: Take direct responsibility for expanding customer accounts, hitting specific ARR and NRR targets through structured upselling and cross-selling across our multi-commodity offerings. * Engage Senior Management: Build and maintain trust-based, strategic relationships with senior decision-makers, including Heads of Portfolio Management, Heads of Procurement, and lower C-level executives. * Autonomously Design Business Plans: Formulate structured account business plans from scratch to create predictability, stability, and high productivity regarding potential trading and access fees. * Accelerate Platform Adoption: Act as an expert advisor to help major accounts transition higher commodity volumes (liquidity, power, gas, and environmental products) onto enmacc. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with the Marketplace Management team to align tactical trading floor activity with your high-level executive account strategies, and collaborate with product teams to communicate structural client feedback. YOUR PROFILE * Experienced Energy Professional: You bring solid, proven experience in senior account management, energy origination, procurement, or the energy trading/utilities sector. You understand exactly how traders and portfolio managers operate. * Executive Presence: You possess the professional maturity, credibility, and communication skill required to negotiate, strategise, and hold peer-level discussions with senior executives at large utilities and trading houses. * Strategic Architect: You are highly entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You enjoy building account structures from the ground up and developing tailored business cases. * Data & Impact-Driven: You know how to analyze customer platform usage data to find untapped commercial revenue pockets. * Bilingual Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (both at a fluent, business-negotiation level). Don't match every single requirement? We still want to hear from you! OUR OFFER * Competitive compensation package, including 28 days of annual leave. * Entrepreneurial, impact-driven culture with flat hierarchies and high autonomy. * Hybrid & Workation flexibility that balances office connection with the freedom to work from home or abroad. * €2,000 annual L&D budget plus 5 dedicated "Level Up" days to fuel your growth (for all full-time employees). * Commute & Wellness support, including fully covered gym memberships and paid transportation for office days. * Inclusive, international team that celebrates diversity and offers language classes to help you settle in. * AI-first environment where you’ll collaborate with a dedicated AI Philosophy and cross-functional expert groups. * Premium tech & workspaces, featuring top-tier Apple/Bose hardware in modern, dog-friendly offices.
