Bannister Farm is looking to recruit a Senior Support Worker to join the team. This is a full time, 40 hours role. Bannister Farm is located in Leyland, in Lancashire. Our home offers residential support to five autistic adults, who may also have a learning disability. The home is located off a main road, in a pleasant neighbourhood. We can also support those who have: * Difficulties with communication * Mild to moderate behaviours that challenge * Epilepsy * Some mental health needs
