Flow- & Portfolio-Steuerung Du verantwortest das projektübergreifende Slotting & Sequenzieren aller Projekte – basierend auf Kapazitäten in Produktion, NU, Transport und Kran. Du erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig  und leitest Korrekturmaßnahmen ein. Du stellst sicher, dass Supply- und Bauprozesse auf einem konsistenten Masterplan basieren. Execution Excellence im Supply Flow Du implementierst standardisierte Flow-Methoden aus der Praxis: Du nutzt digitale Tools wie SAP -Tracking, Control-Tower-Visualisierungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Operational Excellence skalierbare Supply-Prozesse. Stakeholder Alignment Du arbeitest eng mit Project Management, Production, Procurement, Engineering und Operational Excellence zusammen, um Flow-Stabilität, Materialverfügbarkeit und Termintreue über alle Projekte hinweg sicherzustellen. Kontinuierliche Verbesserung Du identifizierst strukturelle Engpässe entwickelst Lösungen für Transport, Kapazitäten, Lieferperformance und Synchronisierung von Werk–Transport–Baustelle. Du teilst Best Practices im Unternehmen und stärkst eine datengetriebene Entscheidungs- und Flow-Kultur. SPS Global is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage and operational support across client locations in West Palm Beach. This is a floating position designed to support business continuity when regular staff are out of the office or when additional project coverage is needed. The role is ideal for a dependable, service-driven professional who can quickly adapt to different environments and maintain high service standards. You will provide coverage when regular staff are out and support special projects as needed. The position is based out of a designated home office and may require short-notice deployment to nearby client sites.
