You will develop and maintain service and repair methods for Volvo Construction Equipment products, with a primary focus on wheel loaders and powertrain components.  Your responsibilities will include:  Developing and improving service and repair methods and instructions for aftermarket operations.  Supporting product development projects with serviceability expertise.  Planning and executing service procedure development and time studies.  Designing and validating special tools and workshop solutions.  Collaborating with technical writers to ensure accurate and high-quality service documentation.  Driving new ways of working by exploring and implementing digital technologies such as AI, VR, and other innovative solutions.  Working closely with design engineers, product specialists, and other stakeholders across Volvo CE.    In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence how future products are maintained and serviced while contributing to an improved customer experience worldwide. Who are we? Methods Engineering Wheel Loader and Powertrain is part of Aftermarket Service Technology within Volvo Construction Equipment. We are a team of approximately 20 skilled and engaged colleagues based in Eskilstuna.  Our mission is to develop service methods, technical documentation, spare parts solutions, and serviceability improvements for wheel loaders, axles, transmissions, and engines. We combine technical expertise with a strong customer focus to deliver solutions that support uptime, safety, and sustainability. Who are you? You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.    To be successful in this role, you likely have:  Hands-on experience working with heavy vehicles, construction equipment, or similar products.  A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.  Strong technical understanding and an interest in developing efficient service solutions.  Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.  A structured and analytical way of working.  A valid driver's license (B).    It is considered a merit if you also have experience with:  CAD and/or PDM systems.  Hydraulics, electrical and electronic systems.  Engines, transmissions, or driveline components.  Service development, workshop operations, or technical documentation.    We know that no one checks every box. They work closely with Data Center Operations Technicians and Data Center Engineers to fulfill parts quickly and accurately. They work with Procurement and Hardware Engineering to source new parts and interface directly with vendors to process RMAs and receive replacements. They are responsible for accurate data entry and resolving questions from peer organizations. The ideal Logistics Specialist will dive deep into data to understand everything about the data center asset lifecycle. Working with software development teams, they will contribute to continuous process improvements to deliver on our goals of high availability and low cost. They maintain up-to-date metrics dashboards and create reports for internal and external suppliers and management as required. They will also assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations. In handling incoming shipments, they unpack boxes and verify contents. The Logistic Specialist will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of the company. Basic qualifications Experience as a logistics professional supporting inventory cycle counts, shipments, maintenance and stock control functions Able to lift loads of up to 18 kilos and carry them for short distances A valid (EU) driving licence is required as data centers may not have any public transportation available nearby. Preferred qualifications Relevant Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Experience of working within a complex logistics set-up. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Shift Technician at Senior Material, you'll play a vital role in ensuring handle machines, packing, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator film. Joining a driven and growing department, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and have a close collaboration with our Operations team! Job responsibilities · To handle and lead troubleshooting and analysis root cause of issues, record them after issues have been fixed. · Responsible for implementing improving the process, quality, and output and looking for new solutions. · Be updated on all related instructions, SOP, policies, and other related documents and train the other operators. · Responsible for implementing experiments and collecting data after finishing. · To handle machines, cleaning, and all other activities related to the production of separator films. · To correctly fill in all required data, checklists, process daily reports and other information related to shift technician work. · To handle the product with care and make sure it fulfills all quality requirements. · Always put your and your colleagues’ safety first and handle the machines with care. · Keep a good dialogue with managers, operators and all other employees in the company and make sure the next shift has the relevant info about your shift work. Job competence requirements · Completed upper secondary education. · Preferably previous industrial experience. · Experience in industrial processes. · 5S and Lean thinking. · Flexible and helpful to your colleagues.
