Join Global Commissioning and help deliver some of Europe's most exciting data centre projects. Due to continued growth and major project wins across the UK and Europe, we are looking for experienced BMS Commissioning Engineers to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical facilities, delivering complex commissioning activities from initial testing through to integrated systems testing and client handover. What You'll Be Doing * Lead and execute BMS commissioning activities on hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects. * Review design documentation, sequences of operation and control philosophies. * Develop and execute commissioning plans, scripts and test procedures. * Carry out Level 1-5 commissioning and integrated systems testing. * Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and controls teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Troubleshoot and resolve BMS and controls issues. * Produce commissioning reports and final handover documentation. * Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors. What We're Looking For * Proven experience commissioning BMS systems within data centres, mission-critical facilities or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls integration and critical environments. * Experience of Level 4 and Level 5 testing is highly desirable. * Ability to lead commissioning activities and manage multiple stakeholders. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.

Global Commissioning is seeking ambitious, motivated and technically minded graduates to join our Graduate Commissioning Engineer Programme. This structured two-year development programme is designed to provide hands-on experience, technical training and mentoring from industry experts, preparing you for a successful career within the rapidly growing data centre industry. As a Graduate Commissioning Engineer, you will gain exposure to some of the world's most complex and innovative mission-critical facilities while working alongside experienced commissioning professionals across the UK and Europe. What You'll Do During the programme, you will: Complete a structured induction programme covering business operations, project delivery, health & safety and commissioning fundamentals. Work alongside experienced engineers on live data centre projects. Gain exposure to all phases of commissioning, from design reviews and factory acceptance testing through to integrated systems testing and project handover. Develop technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical and control systems. Participate in structured mentoring with experienced industry professionals. Complete quarterly development reviews and technical assessments. Build practical site experience while developing leadership and project management skills. What We're Looking For We are looking for graduates who: Are on track to achieve, or have achieved, a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Can demonstrate initiative, accountability and a positive attitude. Are willing to travel and work on project sites across the UK and Europe. Hold a full driving licence (desirable).
