Every company wants to become more customer-centric. At TheyDo, we make that ambition real. Our AI-powered journey management
platform helps the world’s largest enterprises align around what matters most: their customers. By bringing scattered data and
teams together, we empower smarter decisions and better experiences. Since 2019, global leaders across industries — including
Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot, and Lufthansa — have trusted us to scale journey management and deliver
measurable impact.
Backed by $50M from top-tier investors, including Blossom and 20VC, we are building a category-defining company. Our fully remote
team of 100+ TheyDoers represents 30+ nationalities across 27 countries, united by a customer-led, people-first culture.
Our mission is clear: Make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world.
If you’re looking for a place where your work shapes the future of how companies operate, join us. Let’s build it together.
At TheyDo, the Business Development Representative isn't just a pipeline generation role- it's one of the most important roles in
the company. You are often the very first impression a prospective customer has of TheyDo. That first call, that first email, that
first LinkedIn message, it matters because the pipeline we generate today is what gets us to our revenue targets tomorrow.
This is a high-impact, high-accountability role on our European team. You'll partner closely with 4-6 Account Executives, working
as a true strategic partner to generate qualified outbound pipeline for our enterprise accounts.
You will focus exclusively on outbound, we've deployed AI for inbound. You'll be hunting: identifying the right accounts, crafting
targeted and personalized outreach, and booking high-quality discovery meetings that your AEs can't wait to walk into.
This is one of the hardest roles in any organization especially at a growth-stage startup where brand awareness is still being
built.
You won't just be selling TheyDo; in many ways, you'll be marketing TheyDo. Every touchpoint you make is part of how the world
comes to know who we are and what we stand for.
Generate Qualified Outbound Pipeline Your #1 priority is creating qualified discovery meetings for your AEs. You'll strategically
map target accounts, build cold opportunities from scratch, and pursue outbound-first with intention and precision. This is not a
"spray and pray" role targeted, researched, thoughtful outreach is how we win.
Partner with 4-6 Account Executives You'll be a strategic partner to your AEs, not just a meeting-booker. Meet regularly to align
on account prioritization, share account intelligence, and co-develop outreach strategies. You'll need to adapt to different
working styles and personalities, building trust and collaborative momentum across your AE pod.
Own Multi-Channel, Multi-Threading Outreach Run highly customized outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other
channels. Go high and wide within accounts from department heads to executive decision-makers, threading across departments and
subsidiaries to build account-level momentum. Cookie-cutter sequences don't cut it at TheyDo.
Be on the Phone Daily Cold calling is central to this role. You'll be on the phone every day, building rapport, creating
conversations, and turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.
Think Like a Marketer At TheyDo, BDRs wear a marketing hat too. Your outreach isn't just prospecting, it's brand building. Every
interaction you have is a chance to shape how a potential customer perceives TheyDo. You'll bring creativity, thoughtfulness, and
a distinct voice to everything you put into the world.
Use AI to Work Smarter and Faster We expect everyone at TheyDo to be curious about and hungry to adopt AI tools. For our BDRs that
includes for account research, prospect personalization, outreach sequencing, and workflow automation. If you're excited about
disrupting the traditional BDR playbook with technology, this is the place to do it.
Identify, Qualify, and Develop the Right Accounts Not every account is the right account. You'll develop strong judgment around
account selection and qualification, nurturing longer-cycle "slow simmer" opportunities while keeping your near-term pipeline
moving. You'll know when to push, when to wait, and when to move on.
Surface Intelligence and Keep CRM Clean Log your activity, keep your notes sharp, and consistently bring account insights back to
your AE. You'll contribute to the ongoing refinement of our outbound playbook and help make the whole team smarter.

HELP FIX CUSTOMER-CENTRICITY AT SCALE Every company wants to become more customer-centric. At TheyDo, we make that ambition real. Our AI-powered journey management platform helps the world’s largest enterprises align around what matters most: their customers. By bringing scattered data and teams together, we empower smarter decisions and better experiences. Since 2019, global leaders across industries — including Ford, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Siemens, Home Depot, and Lufthansa — have trusted us to scale journey management and deliver measurable impact. Backed by $50M from top-tier investors, including Blossom and 20VC, we are building a category-defining company. Our fully remote team of 100+ TheyDoers represents 30+ nationalities across 27 countries, united by a customer-led, people-first culture. Our mission is clear: Make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world. If you’re looking for a place where your work shapes the future of how companies operate, join us. Let’s build it together. ROLE TYPE: This is a 3 month full time contract to start ASAP with scope to extend. ROLE SUMMARY TheyDo created Journey Management and is now evolving into the Experience Context Platform, the operating layer that connects customer insight, AI agents, and business execution for the enterprise. Ford, Pfizer, Lufthansa, Siemens, and Lloyds are some of the customers who already run on journeys. This role exists to lay the groundwork for the community of practitioners who believe the same thing, and to start making sure the world knows TheyDo is where that conversation lives. You'll work across two connected areas: the social presence that builds TheyDo's reputation in the market, and the early shape of a community program that engages champions at our best customers. Both require strategic thinking, genuine relationship-building, and the ability to operate without a playbook. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, CS, and leadership, and report to the VP of Marketing. By the end of this contract, we should have a clear, evidence-backed answer to: what does TheyDo's social strategy look like, and what's the right format for a champion community proven well enough to make a confident call on what comes next. COMMUNITY BUILDER The Experience Context Platform is a category in motion. The practitioners who adopt it earliest will shape how the rest of the market understands it and this role is how TheyDo builds, nurtures, and activates that group. That means two things: you'll own TheyDo's social strategy and execution deciding which channels matter, what the right voice looks like, and how to turn organic presence into a genuine funnel. You'll collaborate with our Co-Founder and CEO Jochem, and other thought leaders to amplify credible voices in the space, treating LinkedIn not as a publishing queue but as a distribution engine for ideas worth spreading. As the practitioner landscape evolves, LinkedIn today, Reddit or somewhere else tomorrow you'll move with it. Right now, our hypothesis is that the highest-value community format is small and intentional - virtual roundtables, curated online sessions, and occasionally in-person moments with the champions inside our customer base. Community also lives inside the product, and the right answer may be a combination of both. You'll make that assessment, place the bet, and build the program not inherit a brief. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Social Strategy & Thought Leadership You'll own TheyDo's social strategy end-to-end: channel selection, voice, content cadence, and how it all maps to pipeline. LinkedIn is the starting point, but you'll evaluate where the Journey Management and Experience Context Platform conversations actually lives and go there. You'll experiment with formats, short-form video, carousels, written posts, repurposed content and build a feedback loop that tells you what's actually earning attention versus what just looks like it is. You'll collaborate with internal experts and external thought leaders to co-create content that earns attention. You'll work closely with PMM, demand gen, content, CS, and Product to make sure social amplifies the work happening across the team, not just runs parallel to it. Success is a social presence that generates inbound interest from the right personas, not just follower growth. Thought Leader & Influencer Relationships You'll map the Journey Management and CX landscape who has voice, who's building it, who is genuinely aligned with where TheyDo is going and build real, ongoing relationships with those people. You'll create ways for them to engage with TheyDo that feel authentic because they are: co-created content, event appearances, social amplification. No one has owned this properly before. You'll build it from scratch. Champion Community Program You'll design and run TheyDo's community program for Tier 1 customer champions, building on the format hypothesis outlined above and validating, adjusting, or replacing it as you learn what this audience actually responds to. You'll own the strategy, the calendar, the relationships, and the feedback loops back to Product, CS, and Sales. Newsletter You'll write and manage a newsletter that earns opens. Not a product update digest - a publication people in the Journey Management and Experience Context space actually want to read. You'll surface stories from customers, product, and the community, and hold a high bar for what's worth sending. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * You've owned social strategy at a B2B SaaS company, ideally targeting enterprise customers not just executed someone else's plan. You have a point of view on what makes B2B social actually work and you can defend it. * You've built community programs before, ideally in an enterprise SaaS context. You know the difference between a community that looks active and one that actually compounds. * You're a strong writer. A LinkedIn post, a newsletter, an event invitation, and a thought leadership brief all read differently - you know why, and you can write all four without losing the thread. * You think in strategy and execute in detail. You can set the vision for what TheyDo's social presence should be and then make it happen without waiting for someone to hand you a brief. * You're curious about Journey Management, CX, and enterprise AI. * You use AI as a genuine part of your workflow - for research, drafting, content repurposing, community insight - and you can be concrete about how it's changed how you work. * 5+ years in social media, community, or customer marketing in a B2B environment. Experience across more than one of these disciplines matters more than depth in just one. WHAT YOU WON'T DO * You won't execute a social calendar without owning the strategy behind it. If you don't know why a post exists, it shouldn't go out. * You won't run events for the sake of activity. The community program should compound - every interaction should deepen a relationship or surface an insight worth acting on. * You won't operate in a silo. The intelligence you gather - from social, from events, from influencer conversations - belongs to the whole GTM team. * You won't wait for the playbook. It doesn't exist yet. You'll write it. SUCCESS METRICS (90-DAY PROOF POINTS) * Champion pilot validated — a completed pilot with a small group of Tier 1 champions, with clear takeaways on format and what's worth scaling. * Social strategy proven — a documented strategy, early inbound signal, and a content engine that's demonstrably working. * Clear recommendation — by the end of the contract, a clear, evidence-based recommendation on what this function should look like going forward, and whether it should become a permanent role. WHAT WE OFFER OUR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES: 💰 Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity - we like to give our team members ownership with our stock package. Our mission is clear: Make journey management the most powerful business tool in the world. If you’re looking for a place where your work shapes the future of how companies operate, join us. Let’s build it together. HEAD OF MARKETING OPERATIONS We're looking for someone to join our Marketing team as Head of Marketing Operations, working closely with and reporting to our VP of Marketing as a trusted right hand on the systems and data side of the business. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you'll own the function and its outcomes directly, not manage a team. As a seasoned marketing operations person, you already understand customer journeys and how to align goals, technology, and outcomes. We're seeking someone excited to build on and grow TheyDo's enterprise marketing go-to-market motion. In this role, you'll continue to push forward TheyDo's automation, alignment, and efficiency, and you'll bring previous experience building the systems, routing, and tooling that enterprise demand gen teams run on, not running demand gen itself. We are a remote-first company with marketing team members across North America, UK, and Europe. This role is based in Europe, and we're seeking candidates located in the UK or continental Europe for effective collaboration with the team. WHAT YOU'LL DO This is a role built around owning systems and outcomes, not executing a task list. Systems you'll build. You'll own the technical infrastructure our marketing motion runs on, from lead prioritization through to attribution. * Partner with PMM and senior marketing managers to build and maintain nurture programs * Partner with marketing managers to build, train and optimize programs that support our events, webinars, demand generation and marketing activities * Build the AI infrastructure that replaces lead scoring: fuse intent, firmographic, and behavioral signals into a self-improving prioritization engine that learns from every nurture and pipeline outcome * Work with marketing managers on account-based marketing logic for our named enterprise accounts, aligning on targeting and signals * Maintain marketing attribution as a living system, not a one-off exercise, so pipeline influence and sourced revenue are trustworthy without manual rebuilding for every event or campaign * Build automation to enable the marketing team's efficiency, including evaluating and piloting AI agents for workflow execution (lead enrichment, data hygiene, reporting) rather than only rules-based automation * Build and maintain production automation pipelines (n8n or equivalent), covering enrichment, AI-assisted qualification, and RAG/semantic search tooling, that run unattended rather than as proof-of-concept demos * Ship lightweight internal tools and dashboards that give the team self-serve visibility instead of one-off reports Data & governance. You'll be the person who ensures our data can be trusted and our automation is accountable. * Work with the analytics teams to align goals and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting * Drive data governance and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across all revenue-related systems, including consent and privacy compliance (GDPR and equivalent) * Set governance around AI-assisted decisioning: monitor where automation might be producing bad outputs and build in the right checks before results reach Sales or leadership Cross-functional alignment. You'll be the connective tissue between marketing and the rest of the revenue org. * Partner with RevOps and Sales to align on goals, metrics, and results * Partner with RevOps and Finance to help build out the marketing revenue and pipeline model, including budget structure, conversion benchmarks, and expansion/NRR maths * Manage the relationship with our external development contractor for custom website builds, briefing the work and reviewing output Strategic partnership. You'll be a trusted right hand to the VP of Marketing and a credible voice with leadership and founders. * Translate strategy and OKRs into the systems and processes that make them achievable, and surface what the data is really telling us * Bring well-reasoned, data-backed recommendations to leadership and founders, not just reporting on what happened but making the case for what we should do next * Bring an unbiased perspective on marketing team activities. Your recommendations should be grounded in what the data actually shows, not in defending any one team's work * Be a significant presence in the global marketing team, testing ideas and enabling the team to be successful WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR We have high expectations for this role, but it's worth pointing out what we are not looking for. This role is strategic on the systems, data, and process side, but it's not creative campaign management, content strategy, or hands-on web development. * Campaign ideas and content creation are not part of this role; we have content creators and editors * Paid digital marketing is not part of this role; we use agencies for this * Hands-on coding, front-end development, or animation work are not part of this role; we use a contractor for custom builds, and you'll manage that relationship rather than doing the work yourself WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We have a great team of FTEs and contractors. We're looking for someone to take ownership of the processes, data, and tech stack behind them. * Experience in hyper-growth SaaS B2B enterprise marketing operations (€10-€100m ARR) * You're a builder rather than an organizer. You have the skills to build systems and processes yourself rather than outsourcing them, though we'll bring in contractors for specialized project work like custom web builds * Ability to debug and document your findings, even when new to systems and ambiguity * 5+ years of working with Marketo and also alternative automation systems * Admin-level proficiency in Salesforce * Working knowledge of data warehouses and how to integrate them into marketing systems and decisions * Familiarity with ABM orchestration tools and how they plug into an enterprise motion * Comfortable evaluating and piloting AI agents and automation tools within a martech stack; you don't need to be a developer, but you should be curious about where AI can remove manual work and clear-eyed about where it needs guardrails * Working familiarity with our CMS (Storyblok) sufficient to brief and review contractor work, and enough curiosity to help upskill the wider team on basic content publishing * Extensive knowledge of Gong and Google Analytics * An empathetic, motivated, and proactive team player eager to fully own the job * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-growing environment * Confidence, motivation to grow, fearlessness to fail, and a relentless drive to enhance processes WHAT WE OFFER OUR PERMANENT EMPLOYEES: 💰 Competitive compensation and pre-IPO equity - we like to give our team members ownership with our stock package. The Business Development Representative (Inbound – DACH/Europe) is responsible for promptly engaging and qualifying inbound leads that have been nurtured and deemed Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Once an MQL is synced from our Lead Generation Platform into our CRM system, the Sales Development Representative takes ownership of the lead, initiates contact (primarily via phone, but also email and social channels such as LinkedIn), and builds an initial relationship with the prospect. Through structured discovery, the Sales Development Representative develops an understanding of the prospect’s business, identifies needs and requirements, and qualifies the opportunity to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) stage. Qualified SQLs are then handed over to the responsible regional salesperson or, where further technical clarification is required, to the Sales & FAE team. MUST-HAVE SKILLS * Native-level German language skills (spoken and written). * Fluent English (spoken and written). * ideally min.1-2 years of experience in an outbound/inside sales, SDR/BDR, or similar lead-qualification role, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong phone communication skills and a high level of comfort with proactive outreach. * Proven ability to quickly understand a prospect’s business context and articulate value propositions in a technically- / IT-minded industry * Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation/lead nurturing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar). * Structured, disciplined way of working with strong documentation habits. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working remotely in a distributed team.
