Din roll Inom business unit Digital Battlespace Solutions (DBS) arbetar vi för att digitalisera försvarsstyrkorna och stärka deras framgång och säkerhet i militära operationer. Vi är i en spännande tillväxtfas och söker en System Engineer till Product Unit Land som vill bidra till nästa steg i utvecklingen av LSS Mark, arméns taktiska ledningsstödsystem. Du är en nyckelperson inom radiosystem- och sambandsutveckling och leder systemarbete inom taktisk radio, vågformer, C2-applikationer, transmissionslösningar samt integration i plattformar och förband. Du samarbetar nära specialister inom radio, RF, datalänkar, nätplanering, systemintegration och verifiering, samt med FMV och Försvarsmakten. Rollen innebär att på sikt driva tekniska lösningar och säkerställa att radiosystem och ledningsfunktioner samverkar som en integrerad helhet i komplexa miljöer. Tjänsten är placerad i Linköping. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattas av: * Driva systemingenjörsarbete genom hela livscykeln - från koncept till integration, drift och vidareutveckling. * Delta i kravanalys, tolka operativa behov och omsätta dem till systemkrav och designprinciper. * Designa och beskriva systemarkitektur för ett ledningssytem, inklusive radiosystem, C2-funktioner och taktiska nät. * Arbeta med kommunikationsteknik över radiosystem: antenner, RF-delar, vågformer, datalänkar, frekvensplanering och transmissionsmetoder. * Stödja och delta i integrationsteamen och säkerställa teknisk samverkan mellan delsystem, plattformar och externa aktörer. Din profil Vi söker dig med teknisk kompetens och relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis systemteknik, telekom eller elektronik. Du har flerårig erfarenhet av systemarbete i komplexa miljöer, gärna inom försvars- eller telekomområdet, och kombinerar ett systemtekniskt helhetsperspektiv med teknisk förståelse. Det är meriterande med erfarenhet av exempelvis SATCOM, HF-radio, MIMO/beamforming, OFDM eller mjukvarudefinierad radio, samt kunskap om arméns verksamhet och C2-processer. Det är även meriterande om du arbetat strategiskt och tekniskt med kravanalys, arkitektur, design och tekniskt ledarskap. Vi tror att dina personliga egenskaper är avgörande för hur väl du kommer lyckas i rollen som System Engineer hos oss. Du har förmåga att leda systemarbete, strukturera komplexa problem och arbeta självständigt, samtidigt som du omsätter teknik till konkret operativ nytta i förband och plattformar. Du behärskar svenska och engelska väl, är en nyfiken lagspelare och trivs både i samarbete och i självständigt arbete. Du kan se helheten utan att tappa förmågan att gå på djupet när detaljer krävs. Vidare ser du värdet i att skapa en miljö där man inte bara presterar tillsammans, utan också har roligt på vägen! Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. Control system Development Engineer (T3000 and PCS7) For our client, we are seeking a hands-on Control Systems Engineer to lead and support the development and sustaining of SIMATIC SPPA-T3000 and PCS 7 control system for our medium gas turbines. As a part of our team, you will develop and maintain control system software applications for our medium gas turbines ensuring our products meet the requirements set in the market. The position requires close collaboration and working alongside other departments and designers to integrate control system into the overall design of MGT products. How You Will Make an Impact Be a part of a highly skilled development team responsible for the development and maintenance of control system software applications for the MGT products. Be responsible for the engineering work and technical solutions in the assigned development projects, working closely with the project team and project manager to ensure that the design meets specified requirements aligned with the technical road map. Contribute to develop work processes and way of working for better team and development project outcomes within the teams responsibility. Engineer and configure T3000 and PCS7 control systems, including control logic, sequences, interlocks, HMI/OS displays, alarms and reports Implement change and configuration management, version control and rigorous testing to ensure system integrity. Integrate field instrumentation and subsystems; manage communications via common industrial protocols (e.g., Profibus/Profinet, Modbus TCP, OPC). Apply industry standards and best practices for safety, quality and cybersecurity Continuously gain new skills and knowledge and share those by learning and supporting others continually over time. What You Will Bring Extensive and multi-year experience of working with automation and control technologies with interest in new technologies and the use of existing technologies in new contexts. Extensive knowledge in T3000 and knowledge in PCS7. A proactive mindset that encourages asking questions for clarity, challenging the status quo and providing innovative suggestions to contribute to constant improvement of our processes. Familiarity with reading and interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop sheets and instrument datasheets. Proficient English skills allowing you to express yourself with a high level of fluency and communicate effectively at a professional level. Excellent set of interpersonal skills in combination with experience working with colleagues and customers in international settings. It is advantageous if you have experience working with: Modeling and simulation in Matlab or a related tool. Your mission * Support customers in understanding what is required for successful eye tracking integration * Review and evaluate customer hardware designs (sensor/optical placement, thermal and mechanical integration, electrical interfaces) * Issue technical recommendations and decisions that shape customer product architecture * Drive system design and technical alignment across software, hardware, firmware, and algorithms * Translate customer needs into clear requirements, interfaces, and architectural decisions * Identify integration risks, technical dependencies, and system trade-offs early * Coordinate across internal development teams and customer engineering organizations * Participate hands-on when needed to troubleshoot prototypes, validate assumptions, or analyze system behavior We hope you have * Experience working with complex HW/SW product development and system integration * Background in areas such as embedded software, Linux, electronics, firmware, algorithms, computer vision, sensors/optronics, mechatronics, or complex system integration * Ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, cost, complexity, robustness, usability, and delivery speed. * Comfortable reviewing logs, prototypes, specifications, architecture diagrams, and test results to understand system behavior * Experience working cross-functionally in structured engineering environments * Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and customers Any experience from XR, wearable technology, eye tracking or related sensing technologies, and from working internationally is considered a strong plus.
