Till vår kund Siemens Energy, en ledande global aktör inom energibranschen, söker vi nu en Project Supplier Quality Manager för produktkvalitet till deras site i Finspång.

Det här är inledningsvis ett konsultuppdrag på 12 månader via Unik Resurs med mycket god möjlighet till förlängning.
Vi tillämpar löpande urval vilket innebär att uppdraget kan komma att tillsättas tidigare än sista ansökningsdatum.
Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden
Fungera som den primära kontakten mellan leverantörer och projektteam, och bygga starka relationer för att förbättra kvalitetsresultaten. Både interna relationer inom SEAB men även med deras systemleverantörer.
Etablera och implementera övervakningsplaner för leverantörer för att effektivt minska projektens risker.
Bedöma leverantörers förmågor att möta specifika projektkrav och säkerställa att de överensstämmer med kundernas förväntningar. SEAB driver projekt i värdens alla hörn och inget projekt är det andra likt, projektkraven kan skilja sig en hel del beroende på lokala regler och krav. Detta kan vara både utmanande och väldigt utveklande.
Schemalägga och koordinera inspektionsdatum med leverantörer, vilket underlättar viktiga inspektionspunkter för både kunder och Siemens Energy.
Samla in, granska och validera dokumentation om leverantörskvalitet, inklusive deklarationer, inspektions- och testplaner samt certifikat.
En bakgrund inom inköpskvalitet, tillverkning eller drift av roterande maskiner, pannor eller processindustrin, Svetsning.
Tidigare erfarenhet av produktkvalitet och förståelse för tillverkningsprocesser, projektprocesser är starkt meriterande.
Erfarenhet av CE-märkning, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD eller liknande standarder är ett plus. Att veta hur man läser standarder/kundkrav är en bra egenskap.
Behärskar svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift är ett krav för den här tjänsten.

The Verification & Test section is made up of a diverse team of 12 specialists with expertise in mechanical testing, electrical design, customer support, and training. We are a highly experienced team that works closely together, supporting one another and sharing knowledge across the section. Collaboration is a key part of how we work, and many team members have the opportunity to travel on customer support assignments throughout the year. The Verification & Test section is part of the Engineering department at BU Launcher Separation Systems. The key products of the BU are the structures that attach the payload to the rocket and separate it in space at a very high precision. The engineering department is responsible for all aspects of the design, verification and test of the systems, and it consists of 6 sections within Design-, Analysis- & Systems Engineering, Material & Process, Research & Development and Verification & Test. We are working within the entire life cycle of the product from the earliest sketches to the support right before the final product takes off to space. Our customers are both new and old space and we work with most of the large companies in the space industry. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and be part of the Engineering leadership team where we collaborate over the sections and disciplines and everyone takes responsibility for the combined result of the department. Your mission Responsible for the Verification & Test activities, with a proactive collaboration with the adjacent teams within Engineering, Quality and Production Provides expertise to development and production regarding test, verification and integration Develops competence needed in the teams and pushes for innovation and continuous improvement (know-how/tools/methods). Develops and implements the relevant engineering processes within Verification and Test and ensures the alignment of these Takes part in and actively contributes to the strategic work within the engineering department. We work in an international environment, closely collaborating with our customers as well as with other Beyond Gravity sites across Europe and the USA. Your Mission Main focus Participate in NRBs, propose technical solutions, support corrective actions, and perform basic root cause analysis with guidance. Support FAI activities and operator training when required; provide on-site production support to prevent non-conformances. Additional tasks Independently design parts and assemblies, considering requirements, tolerances, manufacturability, cost, mass, and integration. Develop complex CAD models and perform design tasks within the assigned domain. Lead change management, ensure traceability, and coordinate part lifecycle activities with PLM/ERP. Prepare design justifications and support validation activities, including requirement traceability and design reviews. Prepare project-specific technical documentation and contribute to internal and customer deliverables. Maintain traceability between engineering inputs, outputs, and requirements; clearly communicate project status in meetings. Gather and interpret basic data; contribute ideas during brainstorming and innovation sessions. Support bidding and proposal activities; provide inputs to ECPs (Engineering Change Proposal) and CCNs (Contract Change Notice). Coach interns, students, and junior engineers. Maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio and regularly interact with flight and test hardware. Your Story Must have: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Aerospace, Mechanical or other engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of mechanical design experience in aerospace or equivalent industry. Proficiency in 3D CAD modelling and 2D drawings (preferably CATIA V5, Siemens NX). Ability to work independently on moderately complex design tasks. Understanding of mechanical design principles, tolerancing standards and configuration control. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and their constraints. Fluent Swedish Nice to have: Experience in the space industry, with structures, mechanisms or components. Experience with composite and metallic structures.
