As a Production Team Member at InnovaMar, you'll be at the core of our operations, contributing to the harvesting and processing of premium salmon. Your tasks will include manual cutting, packing, sorting, and preparation. Work shifts alternate between day and evening, offering flexibility and balance. Position Details . Role: Production Worker (Filet and Slaughter Department) Responsibilities include: -Participating in the production process of fish products -Packing and labeling -Quality control and hygiene -Equipment maintenance Team collaboration What We're Looking For -Experience in salmon or food production is an advantage, but not required. -Good communication skills in English or Norwegian. -Strong team spirit and collaboration skills. -Ability to provide a valid background check from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authorities (we assist with this). VALID EU PASSPORT OR NORWEGIAN PERMANENT RESIDENCY/ WORK PERMIT (mandatory). -Driving license is essential - living on Frøya requires personal responsibility for transportation.
