Description Position at LHH (France) CONSULTANT(e) PGM LHH accompagne ses clients dans la mise en œuvre de leurs projets de tran s
formation ; le pôle de gestion des Mobilités est une équipe dédiée au support RH et administratif qui intervient sur site client
ou à distance sur tout ou partie de la gestion administrative d’un projet (gestion des départs, suivi des effectifs) Dans ce cadre
le Consultant(e) (H/F) RH/ PGM est en charge , en interface quotidienne avec le pilote de projet LHH et l’équipe RH « client » :
Rédaction, contrôle et envoi d es courriers/mails liés à la procédure du dispositif : proposition de reclassement interne,
avenant, protocole de rupture, notifications de licenciements, adhésion congé de reclassement etc … Suivi et mise à jour des
mouvements/ data liés aux mobilités : reporting e t consolidation à destination des RH, paie, demandes clients spécifiques :
signatures des protocoles de rupture, mobilité interne, étapes du process des salariés protégés Suivi des événements salariés en
mobilité externe ayant un impact en paie et/ou administratif dans le respect des délais et procédures : Entrée/Sortie/Suspension
du congé de reclassement, portage, congé maternité, IRP… Versement de primes, indemnités, allocations Portabilité Mutuelle,
demandes d’avances Rép onse aux questions des salariés et les orienter vers le bon interlocuteur si nécessaire (mutuelle, plan
d’épargne d’entreprise…) Veille au respect des mesures et conditions d’obtention des aides liées au PSE Rôle d’alerte de la
Direction de Projet LHH- Altedia et de la DRH de l’entreprise cliente pour tout événement nécessitant un traitement particulier
(contentieux, RPS…) Profil/Compétences : Master RH ou équivalent Une expérience de gestionnaire RH, et / ou gestion des
effectifs, contrôle de gestion sociale de 2/3 ans minimum – l’expérience de la mise en œuvre d’un PSE est un gros + Très bonne
maitrise de l’outil Excel (et plus généralement du pack office) et connaissances en droit social Rigueur, sens de l’organisation
et excellent relationnel sont nécessaires à la réussite de la mission Le poste , rattaché à la practice national du Pôle de

Position Title: Senior Project Manager Position Location: Remote Reports to: Manager, Project Management Office Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager manages large/complex client projects from start to finish leveraging the standard PMO project management process. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with the PMO Manager and Practice leads to develop new standards, templates, and processes. In addition, they will assist the PMO Manager as a backup with team meetings and management tasks as necessary as well as assist with RFP responses and/or PMO presales activities. The Senior Project Manager, supporting Hybrid Cloud, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading complex enterprise technology programs focused on cloud transformation, data platform modernization, analytics, AI readiness, and hybrid infrastructure initiatives. This role partners with clients, technical architects, engineers, analysts, and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes through Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience managing cloud, data, and analytics programs, leading cross-functional teams, and driving successful implementations across Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data & AI platforms, and hybrid cloud environments. Essential Functions: • Lead end-to-end delivery of hybrid cloud, data modernization, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. • Expert on PMO tools and processes and can teach others as needed. • Can assist with development of RFP responses related to showing PMO/project management expertise and value. • Strong understanding of multiple technology areas and how they all integrate or fit together. • Ability to manage multiple projects as part of a larger program, working with interdependencies, multiple technologies, and stakeholders. • Impacts the PMO team’s strategy in terms of process and project management team capabilities. • Strong understanding of capabilities within the assigned practice focus area and other practice areas with the ability to pull in other practices large/complex customer project opportunities. • Other duties as assigned. Execute projects utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. • Basic Technical knowledge in the areas of Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Analytics, Cybersecurity, Application Development, migration and modernization projects. • Good understanding of common technical terminology and implementation methods for the aligned technology practice area. • Mentors other team members with an emphasis on team success. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. • Project Management Tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: • 10+ years related experience required project and program management experience within technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments. • 5+ years leading Agile software, cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations exceeding $500K in project value. • Bachelor's degree (preferred) • PMP (preferred) • CSM (preferred) • PgMP or equivalent (preferred) Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
