DEINE AUFGABEN
Repräsentant:in von PWWL
* Du bist als Teil des Front Desk Teams das erste Gesicht für Mandant:innen und Gäste und deckst gemeinsam mit Deinem/r Kolleg:in
den Empfang täglich von 08:30 bis 18:00 Uhr ab – mit Flexibilität für Abendstunden bis 20:00 Uhr (mindestens 1x, gern 2x pro
Woche).
* Mit Deiner professionellen und freundlichen Telefonkorrespondenz repräsentierst Du PWWL als renommierte Arbeitsrechtsboutique.
* Du betreust das Info- und Sekretariatspostfach, koordinierst Termine und sorgst dafür, dass alle Anfragen zeitnah bearbeitet
werden.
Organisationstalent
* Du betreust das Bestellwesen für die Kanzlei (Büromaterialien, etc.) und übernimmst die Postbearbeitung inklusive interner
Verteilung von Post und Paketen.
* Du unterstützt das Assistenzteam bei Reisebuchungen, Abrechnungen, vorbereitender Buchhaltung sowie Kreditkartenabrechnung und
springst flexibel im Assistenz-Pool ein, wo Deine Hilfe gebraucht wird.
* Du bist verantwortlich für die Terminkoordinierung und Vorbereitung der Konferenzräume, kümmerst Dich um die Betreuung der
Kasse und die Schlüsselherausgabe.
* Für Erledigungen von Botengängen stehst Du gern zur Verfügung.
Gastgeber:in
* Du organisierst Veranstaltungen und interne Lunches mit Liebe zum Detail.
* Empfang und Bewirtung unserer Mandant:innen sowie das Vorbereiten und Eindecken der Konferenzräume bereiten Dir Freude.
* Deine Barista-Künste kannst Du an unserer Siebträgermaschine ausleben.
DEIN PROFIL
Erfahrung & Verfügbarkeit
* Du hast bereits Vorerfahrung in der Tätigkeit am Empfang oder als Assistenz. Deine Ausbildung spielt für uns weniger eine
Rolle. Wir freuen uns auch auf Bewerbungen von Quereinsteiger:innen!
* Du bringst idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotelwesen, der Bürokommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
mit.
* Du bist zeitlich flexibel und kannst auch Bürozeiten bis 20 Uhr abdecken.
Persönlichkeit
* Dein sicheres Auftreten sowie Deine Diskretion und Loyalität zeichnen Dich aus.
* Du lebst Service und hast ein Gespür dafür, wo Unterstützung benötigt wird.

* Du bist Teil eines internationalen Teams und kannst Dich fließend auf Deutsch und sehr gut auf Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit
