We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to build and scale the server-side systems that power our products. You'll own the
development of APIs, backend modules, and database architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability as we serve millions of

We are hiring a Head of Operations to partner directly with the CEO and executive team to scale Alohi’s operations across our multi-product portfolio. This role is first and foremost about driving strategic, cross-functional execution: owning high-impact projects, bringing structure to ambiguous priorities, and increasing the company’s execution speed. In parallel, you will lead and scale key operational functions—including Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, HR & Talent Acquisition, and Office Operations—by managing and developing the team and ensuring these areas run smoothly and evolve with the company’s growth. RESPONSIBILITIES We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Head of Operations who can increase execution speed, improve decision-making, and ensure alignment across the organisation.
