We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator to our Customs Control Tower (CCT) in Gothenburg This is a temporary position (vikariat) until the 15th of June 2027. Together with the team you will drive customer relations. You will be the focal point for CCT customers, team leaders and SME when it comes to customer processes and solutions. Enabling Continuous Improvement by recognizing, recommending, testing and implementing areas of improvement, both process and solution related. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: Serving as the main point of contact for the customer and the local broker Identify and understand customer needs and challenges to effectively address and implement them in the workprocess Monitoring a timely and successful KPI performance by both CCT and local broker Tracking and analyzing account performance (KPI) Issue Resoluton As an employee with us, you will be part of an international company that offers stimulating work with a positive working climate. The Customs Compliance Administrator will manage all functions associated with import and export compliance across the organization., including overseeing and auditing the activities of Tigercat Industries Inc.’s customs brokers and freight forwarders, while facilitating day-to-day import and export operations. The successful candidate will have experience with import and export control regulations, policies, and procedures, as well as conducting compliance audits of internal processes and external service providers to ensure adherence to applicable customs and trade requirements Location: 54 Morton Ave. E., Brantford, ON Dedicated Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday Responsibilities may include: * Review, verify, and process import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, CUSMA/NAFTA certificates, export declarations, and related shipping documents. * Prepare customs entries in customs software to obtain timely shipment release. * Knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes and application of appropriate tariff treatments in accordance with Canadian and U.S. customs regulations, including CUSMA where applicable. * Generate and review duty and tax calculations for shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations. * Monitor and track international shipments through to release, resolving any delays or discrepancies. * Communicate and coordinate with transportation providers, customs brokers, and internal Tigercat departments to ensure efficient movement of goods and compliance with requirements. Skills and Experience: * Strong understanding of international trade and logistics, with solid knowledge of Canadian and U.S. customs regulations, including CUSMA requirements and HS classification. * High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. * Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with management, employees, transportation providers, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
