AMPECO is one of the most innovative companies in the area of electric vehicle charging infrastructure – an industry that aims to change the world by making charging easier for everyone. As electric vehicles (EVs) are bringing in a transformation of our transport and mobility sectors, AMPECO is at the forefront of a grand revolution and we’re just getting started. Our product – the AMPECO EV Charging Platform is a business-critical SaaS platform used by companies to manage their electric vehicle charging infrastructure, processes and energy use. It’s already in use by companies in more than 70 countries — across North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia. Our team is highly motivated, capable, and committed to our mission — and our growth is backed by world-class investors, including BMW i Ventures, the mobility-focused venture-capital arm of the BMW Group. We are looking to expand the team with like-minded capable people, eager to give, learn and grow together with us. About the role AMPECO is expanding across the DACH region, and we’re looking for a Germany-based Senior Solution Consultant - responsible for pre-sales across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland - to help drive that growth. This is a senior, individual-contributor role for someone who combines deep product and industry expertise with the interpersonal range to win the confidence of technical and business stakeholders alike. You will be the solutioning counterpart to our DACH Business Development Manager - the two of you working as a close-knit team on the region’s most important opportunities. While the BDM leads the commercial relationship, you own the solution end to end: mapping each prospect’s business needs to AMPECO’s platform, leading demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept engagements, owning bid management for DACH opportunities — from RFx and tenders through to the supporting business case — and making the complex feel clear for everyone in the room. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be enabled by an established Solution Consulting team, with proven tools, practices, and methodologies behind you — so you can put your energy into the deals in front of you. AMPECO already powers some of the most prominent Charge Point Operators in the DACH region and is in active conversations with many of the rest, so you’ll be joining at a moment of real momentum and clear opportunity to expand. As we continue to grow across Germany and the wider region, the impact you make here will be significant — with room to grow alongside it. If you thrive in fast-paced, complex enterprise environments, enjoy working with highly driven teams, and want to play a pivotal role in the energy transition in one of Europe’s most important EV markets, this role is for you.

About Us At eduki, we believe that supporting teachers leads to the best possible lessons, the best possible schools, and the best possible education. That’s why we built a platform where teachers can find and share high quality, ready-to-use teaching materials. We offer both printable and digital resources for all school types, subjects, and grade levels. Whether it’s for a last-minute lesson or long-term inspiration, we make it easier for educators to feel confident and prepared. eduki is used by more than 3 million teachers internationally who download more than 100.000 teaching resources a day. That’s where your impact begins. Join us! THE OPPORTUNITY We are building Public Sector Unit into one of the main drivers of eduki's business — the way schools, and in time entire school authorities and ministries, buy and share teaching materials. It's an enormous opportunity, and we're looking for one person to own it end to end. You'll build this business unit from the ground up and lead it: the strategy, the product direction, the commercial results, and eventually the team. You get to create something new and truly own it — but you do it standing on the shoulders of a proven platform, 3 million+ teachers and a company that's continuously growing. It's the entrepreneurial challenge of a startup without starting from nothing. You'll be the heart and the brain of this unit. Conditions: Full-time role, based in Germany, fixed salary (59.800€–75.000€ gross) + stock option package (VSOP). YOUR IMPACT As Business Unit Lead – Public Sector (all genders), you turn Public Sector into a real, growing business and make eduki the obvious default choice for how a school buys and shares teaching materials. Your ambition is to make it one of the main drivers of eduki overall. Here's what that looks like day to day: * Own the strategy. You decide where we focus, what we test, and what we stop — from how we define the market to how we price, package, and position. * Sell and grow revenue. You run real conversations with schools, close deals, and grow revenue hands-on from day one — using your deep understanding of how schools work and decide to turn what you see in the field into sharper segments, positioning, and product direction. * Shape the product. You bring the market and commercial perspective to our Product team, giving evidence-based input on what to build next, so schools genuinely need what we offer. * Build the foundations. You put the essentials in place — a simple pipeline, core sales and marketing materials, clear reporting, and a playbook others can build on. * Connect across eduki. You work closely with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and leadership to get what the unit needs, while keeping an eye on the bigger opportunity with school authorities and ministries. * Grow the team. Over time, you build and lead a team across Sales, Key Accounts, and Product Marketing — starting by leading through doing. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE We're looking for a Business Unit Lead – Public Sector (all genders) who is genuinely excited to build a new, important pillar of eduki's business and help us achieve our mission to enhance education. This is the perfect role for you if: * You've built something from zero before — a company, a business line, a new market — and you enjoy creating structure where none exists yet. * You know German schools inside out. You've sold to and worked with many of them across different federal states, and you understand what actually drives their decisions. * You're a skilled negotiator, comfortable navigating institutional buying processes with multiple stakeholders. * You think in evidence, not opinions. You've shaped a real business decision — pricing, packaging, or market entry — using data, and convinced leadership to approve it. * You build the tools and processes you need as you go, rather than waiting for someone else to set them up. * You can use German naturally, speaking and writing on a C2-level. You also feel comfortable communicating in English and working in an international team. Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 86.250 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 59.800 EUR and 75.000 EUR. Growth Opportunities: At eduki, you will find an exciting job opportunity within a profitable and fast-growing company. We prioritize action over perfection and view mistakes as opportunities for growth. Regular performance feedback sessions ensure that you receive constructive insights into your work and progress. Additionally, you will receive a 1,000 EUR development budget per year to invest in your professional development goals. Working from Home: We fully embrace a home office culture and want you to enjoy full flexibility by enabling you to set your own work schedule. In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office. Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us! Employee Health: Your well-being matters to us. To help you take care of both body and mind, we offer online yoga sessions and actively support mental health by allowing time for therapy or coaching sessions during your working hours. Take advantage of your flexible schedule to prioritise what you need, including your health! Team Building Events: At eduki, we foster a strong sense of community. Whether virtual or on-site, you'll have opportunities to bond with your colleagues. Once a year, the entire team enjoys a company-wide team event, visiting new places and creating lasting memories together.
