Shift Supervisor- Glasgow

We are now looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading our team of Fleet Specialists in Glasgow.

As a Shift-Lead, you manage a team of Fleet Specialists. You will divide your time between performing tasks in-field (80%) and

managerial duties (hiring, training, performance follow-ups of the team)(20%).

• Managing your team – Create shiftplans, cultivate team performance, and proactively enhance processes when unmet expectations

are met. Supervise your team's activities, ensuring tasks are conducted efficiently and safely

• Upholding Quality Standards – Collaborate with your team to identify and rectify damaged or misplaced vehicles, ensuring tidy

parking spots and restoring fallen vehicles

• Cultivating Talent – Interview, train, and nurture Fleet Specialists to ensure year-round operational success, aligned with

performance targets

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team-player who can fulfill tasks, solve problems independently, and work as a part

of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals. In addition to being fluent in English, the right person needs:

• Mandatory requirement – Driving licence: You must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 6

points and no major offences, to meet our e-van insurance requirements. Licence checks will be conducted during the recruitment

process. As part of the role, you will be required to drive one of our company e-vans

• Working hours: We are looking to hire one Shift Supervisor for the day shift and one for the night shift. Please indicate your

preferred shift in your application.

• Contract type: 6 Months Fixed term contract
