With us, you get the opportunity to realize your dreams, big and small. 📝 JOB DESCRIPTION The Junior Exterior Designer will support our clients Exterior team in the development of both concept and production vehicle programs. The assignment involves close collaboration with senior designers, digital and clay modelers, engineers and visualization specialists.   ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Create high-quality exterior design proposals and sketches aligned with our clients design vision and brand identity. • Assist senior designers with theme development, design refinement and surfacing intent. • Work closely with clay and digital modelers to translate 2D sketches into 3D physical and digital models. • Prepare design presentations, renderings, storyboards and visual materials for internal reviews. • Explore innovative ideas, materials and form languages that evolve our clients future design direction. 💫 YOUR PROFILE   Education • Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Mobility Design, or Industrial Design • Graduation from a recognized international design school is a strong plus. • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships). • Previous work or collaboration with a Chinese automotive brand is advantageous. • Experience in advanced design studios or concept design environments is a plus. • Excellent 2D sketching ability and strong visual storytelling skills. • Advanced proficiency in Blender (explicit requirement). • Solid understanding of form, proportion, surface development and design quality. • Familiarity with the full design development process, from ideation to physical model. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative teams (modelers, engineers, visualization). 🌈 Software and personal attributes Blender: advanced proficiency Photoshop: strong sketching and visualization capability Alias (or equivalent 3D CAD): beneficial Adobe Creative Suite: (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) Experience in video and photo editing is preferred Highly creative with a strong passion for automotive design and future mobility. Curious, open-minded and eager to learn and grow. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Proactive, self-driven and detail-focused. With us, you get the opportunity to realize your dreams, big and small. 📝 JOB DESCRIPTION You will be part of our clients Chassis & Vehicle dynamics team and be responsible for vehicle’s chassis character and road-going composure. • Chassis Targeting & Brand DNA: Definition of technical requirements for the vehicle’s chassis behavior, including steering feel, roll gradients and the specific balance between primary and secondary ride comfort. • Subjective Assessment: Vehicle evaluation through rigorous testing using the VSR (Vehicle Subjective Rating) scale. • Chassis & Kinematics Calibration: Refinement of hardware and software components - such as damper tuning, bushing compliance and EPAS - in car and driving simulator. • System Integration: Oversee the synergy between the vehicle’s tires, suspension geometry, and braking system. • Teamwork: Close cooperation with the chassis concept team to align suspension system performance and target setting for future chassis platform concepts. • Decision Support: Provision of technical data and expert recommendations to senior management during Gate follow-ups. • Risk Mitigation: Identification and communication of potential conflicts that could impact the final vehicle dynamics or target fulfillment. • Performance Dashboards: Maintenance of clear documentation and visualization of target fulfillment, providing a transparent overview of alignment with project KPIs and competitive benchmarking data. ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Degree in mechanical-, mechatronics-or automotive engineering. • Minimum 10 years of Chassis in-car tuning. • Driving license B. • Advanced test driver license from known test tracks in. • Excellent CANape tool knowledge. • Excellent technical project- and time management. • Possibilities for regular business travel. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams in a high-performance environment. 💫 YOUR PROFILE • Positive, creative and “find a way” attitude. • Fast adapting and self-driven. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Service minded but also not afraid to ask for help if needed. • Eager to learn and apply new ways of working. • Excellent communication skills and able to collaborate in a team but also able to work independent. • Interested in new technologies. • Openness and awareness of Asian, European, and foreign cultures. • You will need a driving license as travel will be involved.   If you are passionate about this position, we want to hear from you.
