Visiba är ett SaaS-bolag som erbjuder AI-stödda digitala vårdlösningar. Nu söker vi en Customer Support Specialist till vårt Account Management-team.
I rollen kommer du att stötta våra kunder i användningen och konfigureringen av vår plattform, felsöka tekniska ärenden och bidra till att vi levererar support med hög kvalitet. Du kommer att arbeta nära Account Managers, Product Development och andra interna intressenter för att säkerställa en stark kundupplevelse och långsiktig kundframgång.
Vad du kan förvänta dig i rollen
Hantera first, second och third line support för våra kunder
Utreda och felsöka komplexa tekniska ärenden kopplade till mjukvara, systemkonfiguration, integrationer och data
Stötta kunder i konfigurering, uppsättning och användning av Visibas plattform
Arbeta strukturerat med teknisk felsökning, inklusive analys av loggar, incidenter och grundorsaker
Arbeta och hantera incidenter
Samarbeta nära Account Managers för att identifiera kundbehov, risker och möjligheter
Arbeta tvärfunktionellt med Product Development för att dela kundinsikter och identifiera möjliga produktförbättringar
Hålla digitala utbildningar och bidra till kundutbildande initiativ
Driva kontinuerliga förbättringar av supportflöden, dokumentation och interna processer

Vem du är
Minst 5 års erfarenhet av teknisk support, gärna 2nd line eller motsvarande
Erfarenhet av first, second och third line support, gärna i en SaaS, mjukvaru- eller systembaserad miljö
God teknisk förståelse för mjukvara, inklusive konfigurering, felsökning och systembeteenden
God förmåga att felsöka i loggar, till exempel applikationsloggar och serverloggar
Grundläggande kunskaper i databaser och SQL, till exempel att läsa data och skriva enklare queries
Förståelse för HTTP/HTTPS, API:er, REST och vanliga statuskoder
Grundläggande nätverkskunskap, till exempel DNS, IP, brandväggar och TLS/SSL
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med incidenter och ärendehanteringssystem, till exempel Jira eller Zendesk
Erfarenhet av att utreda komplexa tekniska problem och driva dem till lösning'
Stark problemlösningsförmåga, analytiskt tänkande och eget driv
Förmåga att självständigt strukturera ditt arbete och ta ägarskap från start till mål
En genuin vilja att hjälpa andra att lyckas, både kunder och kollegor
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga
Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift är ett krav för rollen.
Förståelse för autentisering och behörighet, till exempel OAuth/OIDC eller SAML
Erfarenhet av integrationer, dataflöden eller systemadministration
Viktigast av allt är att du är självgående, nyfiken och bekväm med att ta ansvar. Du tycker om att gå på djupet i tekniska utmaningar samtidigt som du behåller en professionell, pedagogisk och förtroendeskapande dialog med kunder.
