You’ll create efficient schedules that account for installer availability, regional constraints, and customer commitments—ensuring timely completion while maximising resource utilisation and reducing downtime. * Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering a positive customer experience - You’ll proactively communicate any changes with customers, offering reassurance and reliable timelines, helping uphold Pod’s reputation for Trust and exceptional customer care. * Efficiently respond to phone calls with Domestic Operation enquiries - Act as the first point of contact for all domestic operations calls, manage our phone lines by offering confidence and accuracy in every interaction, responding to installer and customer enquiries related to scheduling, progress or technical queries. * Build and maintain relationships with the installers in your area - Collaborate closely to maximise regional installation capacity, optimise route planning, and reduce travel times, ensuring teams work smarter, reflecting our Edge in operational efficiency and commitment to sustainable practices. You will based at our HQ in Landskrona and Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. YOU ARE We are looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and want to contribute to the development of innovative products in an international engineering environment. You are curious, communicative and motivated by working in a dynamic environment where you can influence both solutions and ways of working. You combine a structured and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills, and you are comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. We believe you have: * A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. * Several years of experience in mechanical design and product development. * Strong experience working with modern 3D CAD systems; experience from Creo is an advantage. * Experience working closely with manufacturing, suppliers and product development teams. * Professional proficiency in English is required, and Swedish is considered a strong plus. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Embedded CI/CD Engineer with a strong background in software integration, continuous deployment, and embedded systems development. You will join a highly skilled engineering team working with software solutions for electrified vehicles. The role focuses on developing and improving CI/CD processes, integrating embedded software components, and enabling efficient software deliveries for complex automotive systems. This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working at the intersection between software development, automation, integration, and future vehicle technologies. Responsibilities As a Senior Embedded CI/CD Engineer, you will be responsible for: Developing and improving software release and continuous deployment processes. Integrating embedded software components at application and BSW (Basic Software) level. Supporting and improving CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Maintaining and developing CI toolchains. Taking ownership of software releases and ensuring high-quality deliveries. Supporting automated integration testing and continuous verification. Working with variant management and configuration handling for different product solutions. Collaborating with software developers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to improve development processes. Your Background We are looking for someone who has a strong passion for embedded software development and complex automotive systems.
