We're currently looking for a Global Display & OLV Specialist. Someone to join our Digital Marketing, Market Operations & Media
Analytics team in order to plan, execute and continuously improve our global display and online video advertising efforts. Someone
with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, a hands-on approach to campaign execution, and the ability to
support and guide our markets and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will act as a subject matter expert for display
and online video, supporting markets globally while ensuring campaigns are aligned with our media foundations and deliver
measurable impact.
This position is located at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. We follow a hybrid work model, where collaboration onsite is combined
with the flexibility to work remotely. Interaction with global stakeholders, local markets and partners is part of the role.

This provides the foundation needed to understand campaign planning, channel roles and performance metrics. * At least three years of hands-on experience planning and buying social media advertising. This ensures you can independently manage campaigns and drive results. * Proven experience working with social media advertising in a global context. This is important for supporting multiple markets and handling different requirements across regions. * Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, Linkedin and preferably Google Analytics. These tools are essential for campaign execution, tracking and performance analysis. * A strong understanding of and interest in the digital marketing landscape. Let us describe the challenge we offer We have an exciting opening at Polestar as Tax Manager who will be part of a fast-paced and challenging scale-up organization. You will play an important role in the Finance team supporting Polestar in its continued growth and expansion. In this finance role, you are a member of a dynamic and developing team. This role is key to further developing the Group Tax function at Polestar group. This position is based in Polestar HQ, Gothenburg and reports directly to the Head of Group Tax. What you'll do You will be part of the Group Tax team within Finance, working globally with direct taxes for the Polestar group. You will manage global tax processes, such as the group’s Pillar II reporting, as well as tax compliance, planning and strategy in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations for certain Polestar legal entities. Examples of tasks are: * Lead and drive the group’s Pillar II reporting * Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimize the group’s effective tax rate * Advise on tax implications of cross-border transactions and restructurings * Identify tax-saving opportunities and ensure alignment with business objectives * Manage and ensure timely direct tax filings and payments * Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities * Review current and deferred tax calculations under local GAAP for certain Polestar legal entities * Monitor and implement changes in local and global tax legislation * Ensure robust internal controls to mitigate direct tax risks * Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders, such as colleagues in other Finance teams and other parts of the organisation, as well as with external advisors and auditors to ensure accurate tax reporting Who you are To be successful in this role we think that you are a person with lots of energy, strong analytical skills together with an extensive experience in Swedish and International Tax law. You are a team player with the ability to propose, drive and implement improvements. You have a high level of accountability and commitment and can team up with various functions to engage in and drive projects and you can work independently and hands on in daily operations. The opportunity We’re currently looking for a Team Lead, Group Consolidation to join our Group Accounting team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for the consolidation of global financial reporting and for providing accurate, timely and uniform consolidated financial data for Polestar Group. You will lead the group closing and reporting process, act as a trusted advisor in matters related to accounting and reporting, and play a key role in the delivery of consolidated reporting and SEC filings to Nasdaq in New York. As a people manager, you will lead a team of five and balance operational excellence with coaching and collaboration in a global finance environment. This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We believe in a hybrid way of working that supports both focused individual work and in person collaboration, enabling teams to perform at their best. The responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to lead and secure accurate and timely group closings and reporting at consolidated level. Working as part of Group Accounting, you will be instrumental in ensuring high quality financial reporting and analysis across the group. Key responsibilities include: * Leading the monthly, quarterly and yearly group closing process, including group consolidation and internal and external financial reporting * Performing financial analysis on group level * Preparing external IFRS quarterly and annual financial reports * Providing accounting guidance to the wider finance organisation * Participating in finance related projects and initiatives The ideal candidate To succeed in this role and at Polestar, you need to be confident in navigating complex accounting topics, comfortable working under tight deadlines, and able to combine leadership with hands on expertise. You have experience taking a leading role in a team setting and are used to collaborating across functions and with external stakeholders. You communicate clearly, can provide guidance when needed, and are comfortable acting as a speaking partner on accounting and reporting matters in an international environment. In addition, you’ll need the following qualifications: * A university degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance or accounting, which provides the technical foundation required for group accounting and consolidation work * Minimum ten years of relevant experience from a global corporate accounting function or audit environment, enabling you to manage complex group reporting requirements * Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and group consolidation, essential for accurate external and internal reporting * Experience from leading or coaching a team, which is required to succeed as a people manager * Solid experience working with consolidation systems, primarily AARO, used in the group consolidation process English is the language of written and spoken communication at Polestar.
