About the Role
You will help a global organization turn subject-matter expertise into clear, practical training that supports people in their daily work. In this role, you combine pedagogical thinking with hands-on content production, stakeholder coordination and operational support across Learning & Development initiatives.
You will work across the full learning journey: from gathering input and shaping learning paths to producing visual training content and making sure the LMS experience is structured and useful for learners. This role suits you if you enjoy balancing creativity, structure and collaboration in a fast-moving environment. It is an exciting opportunity to influence how learning is designed, delivered and continuously improved in an agile L&D team.
Job DescriptionYou will coordinate internal and external stakeholders and keep communication clear throughout the training process.
You will collect, structure and translate source material into pedagogical learning paths adapted to the audience and subject matter.
You will plan and lead review sessions with stakeholders to secure quality and alignment.
You will write scripts and create storyboards, mockups and layouts for learning content.
You will design graphical layouts for video-based training and create, record and edit videos.
You will help ensure that LMS content, structure and functionality support both learning outcomes and user experience.
You will support daily work related to training, planning and coordination within Learning & Development.
You will contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working within L&D.
RequirementsExcellent spoken and written English.
High proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Experience creating scripts, storyboards, mockups and layouts for learning content.
Ability to design visually appealing, user-centric training materials with strong attention to detail.
Experience working with LMS content, structure and functionality to support learning and user experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
A proactive, solution-oriented way of working.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and work effectively in an agile team.
