Senior Business Analyst – Gothenburg

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an exciting assignment within a large, technology-driven organization. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Define and document clear functional and non-functional requirements

Collaborate with architects, analysts, and development teams to refine and shape solution proposals

Ensure requirements are followed through during delivery and support development teams throughout the process

Contribute to improving ways of working related to requirements management

Analyze and adapt existing solutions to meet evolving business demands

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field

Experience in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, System Architect, or similar

Strong background in requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, and solution design

Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and documenting requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

Experience within automotive, connectivity, or telecom industries is considered an advantage
