Professional Galaxy is looking for a HIL Verification & Test Automation Engineer – Automotive Software on behalf of our client. Job summary We are looking for a HIL Verification & Test Automation Engineer to support an Agile team working with Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing of safety‑critical vehicle functions for the customer. The role focuses on automated verification o functional and non‑functional levels, using dSPACE tools and CI/CD integration. About the Assignment You will work hands‑on with HIL rigs, implement automated test scripts, and execute verification of end‑user functions. The work includes learning the customer’s workflow, using provided requirements (FRS) and test descriptions (SWTDs), and collaborating closely with their teams throughout the project phases. Key Responsibilities · Implement automated HIL test scripts using dSPACE AutomationDesk. · Execute closed‑loop HIL tests, incl. diagnostics, performance checks, and fault injection. · Analyze and report HIL test results. · Use FRS and SWTDs to contribute to test case and test description creation. · Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines. · Collaborate closely with the customer’s development and verification teams. Required Competencies · Experience in embedded automotive testing. · Strong background in HIL verification. · Proficiency with dSPACE HIL simulators & toolchains (must). · Skills in test automation, Python programming, and HIL/SIL fault tracing. · Understanding of automotive standards (ISO, ASPICE). Preferred Skills · Knowledge of vehicle dynamics (brakes, traction, steering). · Familiarity with customer’s processes and tools (SE‑Tool, GitHub). · MATLAB experience. Lean thinking is the foundation of your work, and you are committed to creating structure, momentum and engagement so that we can make our plant even better together.   Main activities and responsibilities for this role: Plan, coordinate and deliver project gate input using PSM from all Tuve Logistics departments, securing clear ownership, timelines and follow-up on impacts such as costs, manning, layout and material flow. Lead cross-functional work to design internal and external logistics processes using lean manufacturing concepts, while keeping stakeholders informed, engaged and aligned. Define and drive strategies that optimize procedures, minimize waste, support problem solving and reduce logistics costs, with a strong focus on structure, prioritization and measurable progress. Implement future material handling flows that support physical and electronic processes and documentation Initiate, organize and follow up feasibility studies that support the plant masterplan, ensuring that scope, timing, risks and decisions are clear. Secure commonality and alignment with other COT plants Deliver well-structured impact studies and input to regional Logistics Project Managers, with clear conclusions, time plans and recommended next steps.   The position requires excellent communication and coordination skills. You will be expected to create clarity in complex topics, manage several activities in parallel and help the team maintain focus and energy even when priorities change.
