About the Role
You will step into a customer-facing service environment where stable delivery, clear priorities, and close collaboration across teams are business-critical. In this role, you take ownership of the operational delivery for customer solutions and help create the structure needed for reliable, predictable service. You work closely with the SRE team and DevOps teams to strengthen service reliability through automation, improved logging, and better monitoring.
The role combines operational leadership with tactical coordination. You will bring clarity across interfaces, align stakeholders around ways of working, and make sure risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges are handled early. At the same time, you will help the team grow through knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a sustainable operational setup. Job DescriptionYou will lead the operational delivery for customer solutions and help ensure a smooth, predictable service flow.
You will act as the main point of contact for the team and key stakeholders, creating clarity around priorities, expectations, and follow-up.
You will support and guide the SRE team in daily work, change initiatives, and delivery activities.
You will work closely with DevOps teams to improve service reliability through automation, logging, and monitoring.
You will drive operational planning, prioritization, and follow-up together with relevant stakeholders.
You will identify risks, dependencies, and impediments early, and make sure they are communicated and escalated when needed.
You will contribute to resource planning and coordination across Engineering Managers, Delivery Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other lead roles.
You will strengthen collaboration across internal and external interfaces and help define clear role boundaries.
You will drive knowledge sharing, process improvements, operational efficiency, and service quality within the delivery setup.
You will provide stakeholders with a transparent and reliable view of delivery status, performance, and outlook.
RequirementsExperience leading operational delivery in a customer-facing environment
Strong ability to lead and enable teams through change, improvement initiatives, and delivery phases
Experience collaborating closely with SRE and DevOps teams
Good understanding of service reliability work, including automation, logging, and monitoring
Experience working with operational planning, prioritization, and follow-up
Ability to manage stakeholders across engineering, delivery, and customer interfaces
Ability to balance hands-on operational understanding with tactical coordination and continuous improvement
Fluent English
