About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary design team focused on creating seamless digital and physical user experiences within the automotive industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, Brand, Interior, and Exterior Design teams to develop intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital products. You will contribute throughout the entire product design lifecycle—from concept exploration and user research to interaction design, prototyping, and production-ready UI. This opportunity is ideal for a designer with strong product thinking, exceptional UX/UI craftsmanship, and a passion for creating meaningful customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Drive end-to-end product design from concept through implementation. * Maintain a holistic view of the in-vehicle digital experience, ensuring consistency across products and touchpoints. * Translate complex product requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. * Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, interactive prototypes, and implementation-ready design specifications. * Create polished interaction designs, micro-interactions, and UI animations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. * Facilitate design discussions and effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders. * Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems. * Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating insights into design decisions. * Ensure a high standard of design quality throughout the development process. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or Interaction Designer. * Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design across complex platforms. * Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. * Experience designing products throughout the complete design lifecycle. * Strong skills in creating user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. * Experience with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff documentation. * Ability to create refined UI animations and interaction details. * Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, researchers, product managers, and strategists. * Experience conducting user research and usability testing. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. * Valid driver's license. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior UX & Interaction Designer to join a forward-thinking Design and Digital Experience team focused on shaping the future of mobility. This is an opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment where creativity, innovation, and user-centered design drive the development of next-generation digital experiences. The successful candidate will contribute to both production-ready user interface solutions and visionary concepts that define future digital experience platforms. You will play a key role in creating seamless interactions across digital and physical touchpoints, including infotainment systems, driver information interfaces, connected services, and emerging mobility experiences. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design and evolution of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions across digital products and platforms. * Develop, evaluate, and document innovative multi-modal interaction concepts and information architectures. * Assess existing HMI frameworks, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation activities. * Define and execute user research initiatives, selecting appropriate methodologies based on project goals. * Translate user research findings into actionable insights that drive iterative design improvements. * Create detailed interaction models, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. * Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and implementation guidelines. * Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders. * Apply systems-thinking principles to design cohesive user experiences across complex customer journeys. * Lead design activities and provide guidance to other designers within the team. * Drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Requirements: * Extensive experience in UX and Interaction Design, preferably within automotive, mobility, or other complex digital ecosystems. * Strong understanding of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies. * Proven experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing UX research and user testing. * Solid knowledge of automotive HMI design processes, standards, and best practices. * Experience working with design systems and creating implementation-ready specifications. * Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives and mentor team members. * Strong project planning and stakeholder management capabilities. * Portfolio showcasing digital product design, interaction frameworks, and complex UX problem-solving. * Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary product development teams.
