Our mission is to ensure that Polestar can offer services to customers seamlessly, while giving our service partners the digital
tools they need to enhance, maintain, and repair our vehicles. We support compound operations so that cars are properly prepared
and delivered to their owners on time. We also collect, analyze, and share data that provides valuable product insights, helping
the quality organization to quickly identify and resolve issues, keeping customers satisfied and reducing quality costs.
Product compliance is another cornerstone of our work, ensuring that Polestar’s products meet both new and existing legislation
across all markets where we operate. In addition, we support contract manufacturing by enabling downstream processes such as
homologation, Certification of Conformity, and warranty handling.
Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Through smart digital solutions, we contribute to Polestar’s vision of a more
sustainable future by making key data accessible across manufacturing, logistics, aftermarket, and sustainability, empowering
better decisions, streamlined operations, and an elevated customer experience.
We are a close‑knit and experienced team. Several of us have worked together for a long time, creating a cohesive environment
built on collaboration and mutual support. We are ambitious, set high standards, and strive to deliver outstanding solutions,
while remaining prestige‑free, adaptable, and focused on the customer.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will guide multiple teams in building aligned, scalable, and high‑quality solutions across the
Car Services and Industrial Operations.
You will work across teams, systems, and organizational boundaries, ensuring that solutions are aligned with enterprise
architecture while supporting business needs. The role combines architecture leadership, technical direction, and cross‑functional
collaboration, where you will contribute to shaping both current and future digital capabilities.
You will act as a key partner to product and technology leadership, helping teams make the right architectural decisions while
driving standardization, reducing complexity, and enabling long‑term scalability.
You will lead architecture across multiple teams and ensure that solutions are scalable, aligned, and built for long‑term success.
In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams across Car Services and Industrial Operations,
as well as business stakeholders within service, customer experience, and operations, ensuring that architecture supports both
technical and business outcomes. You will also work with the broader architecture community, including Solution Architects, Chief
Architects, and Enterprise Architects, together with leadership and external partners where relevant.
You enjoy working across teams and systems, solving complex problems, and bringing structure to large‑scale environments. You are
comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders, and you can explain complex topics in a clear and
practical way.
You combine strong technical understanding with the ability to connect strategy, architecture, and execution, and you are
motivated by enabling teams to deliver scalable and high‑quality solutions.
Experience within automotive, mobility, or service‑based digital platforms is considered a strong advantage.
We know that a change is needed. We also know that each one of us can help bring about that change. Our commitment to becoming
climate‑neutral by 2040 is just as important to us as being inclusive, diverse, and innovative.
Together, we are creating, collaborating, and experimenting to usher in a new era of sustainable mobility. We are an electric
performance brand, determined to improve the society we live in.
If this sounds like the right challenge for you, we encourage you to apply. We apply a continuous selection process, and the
position will remain open until filled.
As we move through the Swedish summer holiday season, there may be a slight delay in our process. We look forward to getting back
to you in August.
