deras tekniska utvecklingsresa.

Harmoni Care är ett växande bolag inom välfärdsteknik som levererar digitala lösningar för trygghet, tillsyn och larmhantering

inom äldreomsorgen. Produkten består av både hårdvara, firmware, molntjänster, webb och mobilapplikationer, vilket gör rollen

bred, tekniskt intressant och verksamhetsnära.

OM ROLLEN

I rollen blir du en central teknisk nyckelperson med stort inflytande över både kod, arkitektur och teknisk riktning framåt. Du

kommer att arbeta hands-on med utveckling över hela stacken, samtidigt som du driver tekniska prioriteringar, arkitekturval och

samarbetet med utvecklingsteam.

Du kommer bland annat att:

utveckla produktionskod inom backend, frontend, integrationer och molnbaserade lösningar

ta tekniskt ägarskap för arkitektur, roadmap, säkerhet och skalbarhet

driva tekniska initiativ från krav till release

höja kvalitet genom code review, refaktorering, testautomation och CI/CD

samarbeta nära produkt, affär och utvecklingsteam

stötta tekniskt i exempelvis kunddialoger, anbud och kvalitetsarbete

Du rapporterar direkt till VD och samarbetar tätt med projektledaren.

Vi tror att du är en erfaren utvecklare som trivs i en roll där du får kombinera hands-on utveckling med arkitektur och tekniskt

ledarskap. Du är trygg i att fatta beslut, skapa struktur och driva saker framåt utan att tappa kvalitet längs vägen.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

minst 7 års erfarenhet av kommersiell mjukvaruutveckling

erfarenhet från en ledande teknisk roll, exempelvis Tech Lead, Lead Developer eller Software Architect

stark fullstack-bakgrund inom modern backend och frontend

erfarenhet av molnplattformar, gärna Azure

god förståelse för säkerhet, skalbarhet, drift och produktionsmiljöer

erfarenhet av CI/CD, testautomation och moderna DevOps-principer

förmåga att kommunicera tydligt mellan teknik, produkt och affär

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av IoT, edge, firmware, e-hälsa, välfärdsteknik, offentlig sektor, ISO 27001, GDPR eller

distribuerade utvecklingsteam.

Då rollen innebär nära dialog med svenska kunder, leverantörer och interna beslutsfattare behöver du vara flytande i svenska i tal

och skrift.

Det här är en roll där du får vara med och påverka på riktigt. Du kommer in i ett skede där mycket finns på plats, men där det

fortfarande finns stort utrymme att forma teknik, arbetssätt och organisation framåt.

Du får en central roll i ett mindre bolag med en viktig produkt, tydliga tillväxtambitioner och korta beslutsvägar. Här får du

bygga långsiktigt, samtidigt som ditt arbete får konkret betydelse för både kunder, användare och samhälle.

UPPLÄGG

Du blir initialt anställd av Ictech och arbetar i uppdrag hos Harmoni Care under de första sex månaderna. Därefter är planen att

rollen övergår i en direktanställning hos Harmoni Care.

Du bor i, eller är villig att etablera dig i, Göteborgsregionen. Harmoni Care är ett mindre bolag där kultur, samarbete och

kunskapsöverföring är centrala delar av arbetet. Därför bygger rollen i första hand på att man arbetar från kontoret. Enstaka

hemmadagar fungerar, men kontoret är basen.
