Our Maritime Kick-Start Programme is designed for aspiring maritime professionals—whether you're a former apprentice or a recent graduate—who are eager to deepen their industry knowledge, develop their skills, and explore different areas of our business. You’ll experience the maritime industry from multiple angles while working with a global leader in the transport of heavy-lift and project cargo.   What You Can Expect: * Rotational Assignments Work across key departments such as Operations and Chartering to gain comprehensive insights into our core business. YOUR PROFILE * You’ve successfully completed an apprenticeship as Schifffahrtskaufmann/-frau (or equivalent experience at a shipping company) or * You hold a degree in Business Administration, International Management, or Economics with a focus on maritime, shipping, or logistics. * You thrive in a collaborative, international work environment and are confident communicating in English. * You have a strong passion for the maritime industry - especially for heavy-lift and project cargo. * You’re ready to relocate to Hamburg, where the majority of the programme is based. * And most importantly: You’re eager to throw yourself in and take the next step in your career! ÜBER DIE POSITION MPC Capital ist ein globaler Investment- und Asset Manager mit Fokus auf Maritime und Energy Infrastructure. Gemeinsam mit der renommierten HSBA bieten wir ein duales Masterstudium inklusive Trainee-Programm an, das Dir ermöglicht, Theorie und Praxis optimal zu verbinden. Bei uns erwarten Dich spannende Aufgaben, ein internationales Team und vielfältige Karrieremöglichkeiten.    Im Rahmen unseres Traineeprogramms kannst Du in verschiedenen Abteilungen und Unternehmen von MPC Capital Dein theoretisches Wissen aus dem Studium in der Praxis anwenden und vertiefen. Dadurch erlangst Du ein breites Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse und -strategien. Unsere Praxisinhalte stimmen wir dabei eng mit der HSBA ab. Start: 01. Oktober 2026 DEINE AUFGABEN * Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Fachbereichen und Gesellschaften der MPC Capital AG * Aktive Unterstützung laufender Projekte im Bereich Investment- und Asset-Management mit Fokus auf Shipping * Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, Märkten und Strategien in einem internationalen Umfeld * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen sowie internationalen Teams DEIN PROFIL Das wünschen wir uns von Dir:  * Bachelorabschluss in einem relevanten Fachbereich (z.B. Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen) * Interesse an der Schifffahrtsbranche * Analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke * Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse WARUM WIR?
