Fair enough. Deswegen holt man uns.
an. Wir wollen verstehen, wie unsere Kunden ticken. Was sie bewegt. Was sie brauchen.
PowerPoints.

DEINE AUFGABEN Retail fuel networks are complex. The right consultant turns that complexity into clarity. Station networks are not simple. Different ownership models - COCO, CODO, DODO and beyond. Multiple payment types. Commissions, royalties, clearing houses, wet stock, tank dips. Settlement processes that vary by station type, payment method, and contractual structure. And underneath all of it: standard SAP documents that need to post correctly, automatically, and at scale. The RFNO consultant is the person who keeps the overview. Who knows the industry trends - EV integration, dynamic pricing, loyalty ecosystems, changing ownership structures - and can propose solution architectures that prepare clients for what is coming, not just what is here today. Who introduces standard processes, cuts through complexity, and speaks with clients as a peer. At implico, we build and implement RFNO - the SAP solution for retail fuel network operations. We are looking for two consultants who know this business from the inside, can hold their own in a conversation with an operations director or finance lead, and are ready to use AI and partner delivery models to scale what great consulting looks like. The configurator era is fading. The advisor era is here. And we want people who are ready for it. Design solutions that bring order to complexity • Lead discovery and design workshops with client process owners across forecourt operations, settlement, and financial integration • Translate multi-ownership station setups (COCO, CODO, DODO and variants) into clean solution designs that handle the financial flows correctly • Cover the full RFNO scope: station master data, pump and POS data collection, wet stock via tank dips, payment method handling (cash, debit, credit, fleet cards), payment clearing, commissions and royalties • Work with integration architecture: SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and EDI connections • Prefer standard processes and clean extensions - and help clients understand why that matters long-term Make value visible • Move conversations beyond the system: what does automated settlement mean for reconciliation headcount? What does correct commission posting mean for dealer relationships? What does integration reliability mean for financial close speed? • Help clients build the internal case for RFNO investments - ROI, risk reduction, operational efficiency • Identify opportunities beyond the project scope and articulate why they matter to the business Be the quality anchor for partners • Act as implico's quality anchor on partner-led implementations - review solution designs, identify gaps, step in on the complex scenarios • Advise partners on settlement edge cases, integration design decisions, and multi-ownership configurations that require real RFNO expertise • Share your knowledge to raise the quality of the whole partner ecosystem, not just your own projects Contribute to what comes next • Feed your process knowledge into implico's AI tooling and accelerator library - help turn domain expertise into scalable assets • Contribute to reusable workshop formats, process templates, and standard delivery frameworks • Pilot AI-supported delivery approaches in live projects - and help define how we use them going forward • AI and a modern technology stack - BTP, Clean Core, Integration Suite - are central to how implico stays ahead of the wave. We want people who are excited to build with these tools, not just observe them DEIN PROFIL • 3+ years of SAP consulting experience in IS-OIL/ SSR/ RFNO or a related domain. Direct experience working in or with the fuel station industry. • You understand how a service station works financially: ownership models, payment splits, commission flows, clearing, inventory postings • You know your way around settlement processes: SD invoicing, MM inventory postings, commissions and royalties, payment clearing • You have a feel for integration: how systems connect to SAP - and where things go wrong • You can lead a workshop with process stakeholders and drive it to a decision • You are enthusiastic about the complexity of this industry and want to master it - not just configure around it • You are genuinely curious about AI and modern technology and want to be part of building with it, not watching from the sidelines Bonus: hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, API or EDI design, fleet card or loyalty settlement, IS-OIL, IS-Retail for shop operations, BTP or Clean Core concepts. WARUM WIR? Small enough to matter. Focused enough to win. Implico is a focused software company - ~120 people across Germany and the US, with a global client base including some of the largest fuel retailers and energy companies in the world. RFNO is not a side practice here. It is one of our two core solutions - and the depth of knowledge in the team reflects that. That means the complexity you will be working with is real. Your process expertise is valued. Your ideas reach the people who can act on them. And the problems you are solving have genuine financial and operational consequences for the clients who depend on them. • Work directly with senior consultants and the Team Lead RFNO from day one • Get involved in building next-generation delivery tools - AI, accelerators, integration frameworks • Hybrid working with Hamburg as your anchor • A clear path from consultant to senior consultant to advisor - as the model evolves around you • Attractive compensation package
DEINE AUFGABEN Bulk logistics is complex. The right consultant makes that complexity valuable. Secondary distribution in bulk logistics is not simple. Supply nominations, logistics scheduling, carrier management, automated settlement - and layered on top of all of that, the specifics that make this industry genuinely hard: left on board quantities, temperature and density gain/loss, product tolerances, ADR and compartment handling. Most SAP consultants do not know this world. You do. And that expertise is becoming more valuable, not less - because what clients need is not someone who can follow a configuration manual. They need someone who understands their business well enough to design the right solution, run workshops that cut through complexity, advise implementation partners on the hard decisions, and explain what better processes are actually worth: in margin, in settlement accuracy, in planning efficiency, in risk avoided. At implico, we are building a consulting practice around exactly that. AI, BTP, Clean Core, and AI-assisted delivery are not buzzwords here - they are the tools we are actively building with to stay ahead of the wave. We are hiring two SDM consultants who want to grow into that role - people who have a solid foundation in the domain and the drive to master it, and who are excited about what modern technology makes possible. What You'll Do Design solutions, not just configurations • Lead structured discovery and design workshops with client process owners - turning operational complexity into clear solution designs • Translate bulk logistics requirements into clean, scalable SAP solutions - with a strong preference for standard processes and clean extensions • Challenge what the client asks for and help them understand what they actually need • Cover the full secondary distribution scope: supply nominations, logistics planning, carrier management, quantity and quality reconciliation, automated settlement - including the hard parts like left on board, temperature and density gain/loss, ADR and compartment handling, and contractual tolerance handling Make value visible • Move conversations beyond the system: what does a better settlement process mean for write-offs? What does tighter supply planning mean for working capital? What does automation mean for headcount and error rates? • Help clients build the internal case for solution investments - ROI, risk framing, operational improvement quantification • Identify opportunities beyond the project scope and articulate why they matter to the business Be the quality anchor for partners • Act as implico's quality anchor on partner-led implementations - review solution designs, identify gaps, step in when the complexity exceeds the partner's expertise • Advise implementation partners on process and design decisions - share your expertise to raise the quality of the whole ecosystem, not just your own projects • Support partners in handling the tricky scenarios: ADR edge cases, settlement reconciliation, left on board disputes Contribute to what comes next • Feed your process knowledge into Implico's AI tooling and accelerator library - help turn domain expertise into scalable assets • Contribute to reusable workshop formats, process templates, and standard delivery frameworks • Pilot AI-supported delivery approaches in live projects - documentation, gap analysis, UAT support DEIN PROFIL • 3+ years of SAP consulting experience in bulk logistics - ideally with SDM, but strong SD/MM or TM experience in oil, gas, or chemicals is a genuine alternative. If you understand freight cost postings, inventory postings, logistics settlement, and how bulk product flows through a supply chain - we want to talk to you • You know secondary distribution and are excited to master it: supply nominations, logistics scheduling, automated settlement - and the bulk-specific details that make this world genuinely interesting: left on board, temperature and density corrections, ADR and compartment handling, product tolerance bands • You can lead a workshop with process owners and drive it to a decision • You think in end-to-end processes before you think in configuration steps • You are comfortable working with implementation partners - guiding, reviewing, and challenging where needed • You are interested in what a solution is worth to the business - not just whether it works technically • You are genuinely curious about AI and modern technology - BTP, Clean Core, AI-assisted delivery - and excited to be part of building with them, not just watching from the sidelines Bonus: Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry background, experience building business cases or ROI arguments, hands-on experience with BTP, Clean Core, or AI tools in project delivery - the more the better. WARUM WIR? Small enough to matter. Focused enough to win. Implico is a focused software company - ~120 people across Germany and the US, with a global client base including some of the largest energy and chemical companies in the world. SDM is not a side practice here. It is core to what we do - and the depth of domain knowledge in the team reflects that. That means your expertise is taken seriously. Your ideas reach the people who can act on them. And the problems you are solving are real - operationally complex, commercially significant, and genuinely interesting. • Work directly with senior consultants and the Team Lead SDM from day one • Get involved in building next-generation delivery tools - AI, accelerators, value consulting frameworks • Hybrid working with Hamburg as your anchor • A clear path from consultant to senior consultant to advisor - as the model evolves around you • Attractive compensation package
