Som Customer Operations Manager leder du en funktion bestående av flera team.
Med stort fokus på ständiga förbättringar utför de administration, kundservice samt specialistrådgivning till våra kunder. Rollen
har ett helhetsansvar för den dagliga driften, samt att identifiera, prioritera och genomföra initiativ som säkerställer att vi
erbjuder effektiv, kvalitativ och värdeskapande service till våra kunder.
I din roll har du ett nära samarbete med produktutveckling och övriga interna stödfunktioner, för att säkerställa att förändringar
genomförs kvalitativt. Du arbetar nära vår kommersiella enhet i vår strävan efter att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer.

Du är en tydlig ledare med förmåga att skapa förtroende och genomföra förändring.
Vi tror också att du har ett intresse för ny teknik och brinner för att lösa problem. Kanske har du till och med erfarenhet från
att ha arbetat med finansiella tjänster, eller annan reglerad verksamhet. Du har erfarenhet från en miljö med parallella projekt
och initiativ, där samarbete krävs utanför den egna avdelningen - och där tempot ibland är högt. Har du till och med erfarenhet
från SaaS-bolag och förståelse för produktnära arbetssätt får du en guldstjärna.

Step into the role Do you want to lead projects in a technical environment where innovation, quality, and customer value are at the forefront? MilDef is currently looking for Project Managers for different parts of our business. One role is within our Engineering Department, where you will lead product development projects and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including experts in mechanical design and electronics development, among others, to design, develop and deliver rugged tactical IT solutions. The other role is within our Solutions and Integration Team, where you will lead customer-focused projects and collaborate with System Engineers, Systems Architects, and other technical specialists to design and deliver tailored IT and infrastructure solutions. What you bring * A university degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, electronics, mechanics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Several years of experience leading development, delivery, or customer-facing projects. * Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to create engagement and collaboration across cross-functional teams. * Solid technical understanding and an interest in product development, system solutions, or IT infrastructure. * A structured and process-oriented approach to managing projects and priorities. * The ability to balance technical and business needs to achieve the best possible outcomes. * A proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. * Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken. IT Operations Technician THE OPPORTUNITY Kjell & Company is one of the largest omnichannel retailers of consumer electronics accessories in the Nordics, with operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and China. You will be part of an experienced IT Operations team, working in a multi‑country environment where operational stability and availability are essential. Reporting to the IT Security & Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with IT colleagues, end users, and external vendors to maintain and develop a resilient IT platform that supports the business. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for the operational stability and availability of our IT infrastructure: * Maintaining and supporting on‑prem server, storage, cloud, and network environments, including WAN/LAN, firewalls, switches, and access points * Ensuring infrastructure stability through daily monitoring, patching, system health checks, backups, and disaster recovery * Managing the hardware and infrastructure lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, and decommissioning * Handling operational incidents and troubleshooting, coordinating escalations with external vendors when required * Supporting platform and identity services such as DNS, domains, certificates, Entra ID / Active Directory, and endpoint management platforms * Providing hands‑on onsite and remote IT support, including support for new store openings, relocations, asset handling, documentation, and travel to Group locations. For a big customer in Lund we are looking for a Customs Specialist to support the import/export processes and ensure compliance with local regulations in Sweden. You will execute daily customs activities handling operational issues in imports and exports, while providing effective customs solutions. Your main tasks will be: * Issue resolution about imports / exports shipments * Import and export controls * Easier customs-related tasks: x questions, investing a lot of time to answer those and guide the different markets on how to do the * Search for missing documents * Return Orders management when it comes to customs matters Required skills: * Experience in customs activities (Imports and/or exports) in Sweden and is a plus if knows about Nordic countries * If the resource was working directly with companies like customs brokers or freight forwarders, it is fantastic * Microsoft office knowledge: excel, word, power point. If has SAP knowledge is a plus.
